Made a quick stop on a road trip. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It took awhile to get since they had to make it fresh, but it was worth the wait and the employees were profusely apologetic. Definitely wasn’t a big deal, but it was nice that they cared!

Employee in the drive thru on 4/7/2023 had a real stanky, not stinky attitude, when I was trying to give her the details of my order she kept cutting me off saying,” Ma’am what sandwich do you want?” After the third time of her cutting me off I just simply said, ” Nothing with that attitude,” and drove off. Customers will not spend money at an establishment where the employees are rude.

This Wendy’s really needs to be under new management. I haven’t been there in a while because they’d often have bad attitudes and mess up our order. It’s been 4 months since I’ve visited Wendy’s here and they still butchered my order. My 4 piece nugget was a 2.5 piece. My chili cheese fries were just chili fries. They also forgot my other order of fries. I feel that calling and complaining will serve no purpose because i wasnt even given a receipt. That’s why I’m leaving a review so others can know to check your order thoroughly before pulling off from here. Also, if you encounter someone with a spicy attitude please request your money back and eat elsewhere.
