Where did the pride in quality of product go? Our food was so just slapped together. Why show those fancy juicy burgers in the pictures. The real thing is so much less. Even the size has decreased, I guess that’s everywhere now. So sad.

Went thru the drive thru to order lunch. Guy spoke from speaker. While ordering he was talking to another customer while over the speaker. Then said Im listening man go ahead. I left went somewhere else. Was too confusing to order when he is also talking to someelse on their order.

Made a quick stop on a road trip. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It took awhile to get since they had to make it fresh, but it was worth the wait and the employees were profusely apologetic. Definitely wasn’t a big deal, but it was nice that they cared!

A few years ago,when this location first opened. I found myself driving from Baton Rouge to Denham Springs,only to receive Great customer service, fresh food, and consistency.
Now when I visit, this location its going down like the Baton Rouge stores. Rushed and sloppy food, nice staff, but rushed and sloppy food.
From a customer perspective, I rather be asked to pull up to wait on fresh food, vs. Rushed food and I have to return my sloppy food due to timing.

When I ordered the lettuce wrapped chicken blt,instead of a bun….it consisted of 2 flimsy pieces of lettuce instead of what it should be. Buns are more expensive than lettuce. What it looked like with my fingers showing you vs. What it should look like. I was so hungry that i ate what little i had.You can do better!!
Edit…skip into May 2024.It has been a while since I’ve been back. I thought maybe the Amite location would have gotten better…not only is it worse,but you don’t get what you order either. For people that make more per hour than someone with a college education,it would look like they would know how to put crackers and sour cream in a bag. And the difference between ranch and pomegranate vinegraitte. They do this every dang day. Geezus!!!! And all you get is attitude from start to finish. This one should just close down!! I only had a teaspoon of chicken on my Cobb salad at that. I’m so fed up! I’m guessing they can’t do better!!
