SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN.
I would give this place zero stars for food and service. I don’t normally complain online about restaurants, but since I’ve submitted three complaints directly to Wendy’s and no one is responding, here we go:
Bad from the start – Took several minutes before anyone greeted me in drive thru (only 1 car ahead of me). The lady at window was anything but friendly. After paying, they told me to pull forward (they ask you to this so it appears to corporate they are serving customers with timeliness). Waited for nearly 30 ish minutes. Two cars behind me were served food before me and pretty quickly. I was only 1 of 4 cars during that entire timespan, so I’m not sure why my order took as long as it did. Finally got home – my entire order was incorrect AND the fries were half full and soggy. After submitting a complaint online, decided to still eat since I waited so long for the food and spent nearly $30. Bit into my chicken sandwich…. And it was completely raw. Pictures attached for reference. Gag. Worth noting: I AM PREGNANT.
Submitted two more detailed complaints with pictures, both times asking to be contacted asap. Four days later and still no response.
Terrible experience, sickened (literally) by the food, and Wendy’s apparently doesn’t seem to think it something to address promptly sooooo here I am letting the world know how disgusting that establishment is and how I plan to take this to the next level.
Bless it, Wendy’s. I really used to love you.
Yalls NOLA establishments are all going to hell in a hand basket. I’ve had issues at a few of the other locations, but nothing worth going out of my way to complain about. Nothing til this gross bs.

Ok. What’s going on here? I went last night after getting off a 12 hour l shift near this Wendys and it was REALLY Bad! Beef patties that were dried and the lettuce soggy. It was unbeatable. I just chucked it up to a bad night shift. When back today fir lunch and it was equally bad! The tomatoes were rancid and the meat was dried like it was cooked days ago. Not the Wendys standard. Gross.

Our order was wrong (no apples in the kids meal, two root beers instead of coke and diet Coke), which is forgiveable except that the food was lukewarm at best and we’d had to wait. I don’t mind waiting, just make sure the food is correct OR hot at least. My fiance nor my toddler touched their fries. The cashier was disinterested and talking on the phone or something, but the other worker was very sweet when handing us our food, so she was great. Workers don’t have to smile or anything, but I don’t like feeling like I’m a nuisance when I paid for food. If you hate it that much, there’s other similarly-paying jobs without public interaction.

Ordered a $6 meal with the double stack, nuggets, and fries. The nuggets were old, (and they were spicy nuggets which I didn’t ask for and don’t like), the fries were cold, and the meat on the double stack was old . The worst part about it was that I was told to pull up that my food wasn’t ready when I paid, and I proceeded to wait about 5 minutes for old food….. The people that work there are never friendly or welcoming either. I work at the hospital down the street and don’t get off until 9:30 so it’s one of the only places open that’s close by, but this will be my last time going there. Only praise I can give the place is that the frosty I ordered was good and tbh r ice cream machine was working at 10:00 at night.

When back another night and ordered the 50 piece nuggets for 10 dollars I think..all sweet n sour sauce with the 2 for 5 dollar single Dave hamburgers only mayo, lettuce and tomato no cheese.
They didn’t have mayo so I asked if they had mayonnaise packets which they did so I asked for a few.
Had to pull to the side (50 nuggets remember n allllll sweet n sour sauce right)?
Got home n realized not all my sauce was sweet n sour they tossed a few BBQ in there.
Idky they couldn’t just tell me n let me choose another sauce if they ran out.
Anyway besides that n the tomato rind I got it was a good meal.

Absolutely terrible location. The place always feels dirty and understaffed. They did not acknowledge my mobile breakfast order for 35 minutes, and refused to fulfill it as it was approaching lunch time when I arrived for pickup. There was a dirty used glove at the register and multiple people waiting to be acknowledged by staff. The coke freestyle machine also had no ice.
Edit: the manager on duty refused to issue a refund for the mobile order I had paid for. He said he “tried to reason with me by offering lunch” and that he doesn’t make pickup orders before the customer arrives because “I don’t give people cold food.” He also told me to leave the store since I took pictures of the store and my receipt.

These employees at this location in the morning terrible, whoever opens don’t take orders, they let u sit in the driveway until you decide to leave. They refuse to serve you in the morning at this location. If they don’t want to work don’t go quit . On three different occasions they don’t answer the drive through.

Couldnt even complete an order because the staff was so uninterested in taking an order, I was only able to order 1 of multiple meals I needed to order. Extremely rude, not worth the stop. Also the tortilla was falling apart.
