I only order diet cokes from Wendy’s. The cokes are always good with the nice fizzle to it. I am always in and out at this location and hardly ever have any issues. Customer service is relatively pleasant from my experience.

The order was completely wrong we was even supposed to have the pretzel buns but gave us regular. We ordered large flurrys but they gave us mediums. When i ased about it they even claimed it to be larges , then proceeded to give the next people in line the actual large flurrys. Not to mention that the chicken was so dry it tasted like it sat out all day.

I always request my food to be fresh. This particular day the representative asked me to pull forward so they can make my food fresh. I waited over 10 minutes, and when they bought my food out it was barely warm, it wasn’t fresh at all. I was disappointed and lied to. I have not been back to this location every since. When I’m a paying customer I deserve hot fresh food.

1st no frostys at all, so again no peppermint frosty. Then the beef patties on 1 triple were black on the edges. My husband didn’t look, took a huge bite, almost spit it out. Not only bone dry but tasted nasty like a chemical. He thought it was char from being so burnt. I persuaded him to exchange it. The 2nd triple burger wasn’t burnt, Tasted worse. My meal was fine except I wanted >more< mayonnaise for my burger the gentleman says to me "we don't have mayonnaise" so I asked what the white stuff on my burger was. He walked away. fortunately another worker got it for me when my husband asked. Last no salt on the fries but there were loose packets
