I’ve eaten my fair share of Wendy’s in my life. The junior bacon cheeseburger at Wendy’s is something I am very familiar with. However, THIS Wendy’s served me the freshest and most visually appetizing junior bacon cheeseburgers of my adult life. The fries were hot and fresh. The drive thru was fast and cordial.

These workers are straight trash and rude with a lot of attitude. We just ordered 3 things that’s it and the girl in the window with the long nails was giving us attitude the whole entire time. Don’t get mad at us you hate your job. I’m a retired army vet and business owner so I base stuff off of how you are. The food was cold , bad customer service, no care for anything. Out of all the Wendy’s I’ve been to this one is by far the worst……….

If I was able to give 0 stars I would, I don’t typically eat Wendy’s, I ordered a chicken sandwhicj plain with fries and nuggets, the fries tasted like they were re-dipped in grease, I ordered spicy nuggets n received 2 spicy hard nuggets and 2 regular nuggets. My sandwich wasn’t fresh, I took a bite n the sandwich was sitting in my palette. Horribly location. I ordered plain sandwich usually when I order anything it’s plain, it was old.

Fries were ice cold and literally so soggy. All we did was order and given nothing but attitude. I will be spending my money elsewhere. $25 for two chicken sandwich combos and everything was cold. Yeah never again.

They didn’t give me my full order. First, they didn’t give me any of the 4 drinks I ordered, second, I was missing a box of chips, and third, the Baconator meat was raw.

It’s decent. But right now, the tables are super sticky these lights above are flickering and are hurting my head. They said that the order did not go through and they are, most of the time, super understaffed. So understaffed that I had to leave because they did not come over.

Ive had my share of issues here. Its really hit or miss. From the service to the order accuracy, you never know what to expect. However, today my breakfast was correct. Got about 6 biscuits, several drinks, and potatoes. Was shocked that everything was correct. Was even further shocked when the drinks were actually marked (no mystery sips needed) and my requested sauce was in the bag! What an improvement!

it’s honestly sad. if the closing time says 1 why aren’t you taking orders at 12:15 ? stayed for 5 minutes i only wanted a large drink and nothing. drove off and i look up and they turned the lights off. if the time is incorrect it needs to be fixed. and if it’s correct then the people need to be replaced. i work in fast food and i have days were i wanna go home but i do my job. store closes at 10 i lock doors at 10. not 9:15,9:30 or 9:45. do better !

Walked in with my family to dine in around 1:30 PM on a Saturday, only to be told by an employee that the lobby was closed. He seemed confused and even said he didn’t know how we got in because the door “shouldn’t have been open.” There was no signage indicating the lobby was closed, and no one stopped us from entering. Instead of offering an apology or assistance, we were just told it was drive-thru only and asked to leave. Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional. If you’re not open for dine-in, make it clear before customers walk in expecting to eat.
