Don’t come here. The cashier got mad at me that the website said it would be ready in 5 minutes. (Also, the food was wrong for 2 meals out of 4 ordered.)
She wanted me to tell her that I arrived so she could get the order ready.
Then she loudly talked about it with every worker present on the line.
It just told me it would be ready. I didn’t get a confirmation email or anything.
The audacity and unprofessionalism.
Food:
They added extra toppings to a Crispy Chicken sandwich that don’t even belong on the sandwich. It was not requested, either.
My bacon double stack burger was missing the bacon that I kept on there.

Not to compare apples to apples bit the downtown wendy’s had me ready to blacklist ever stepping foot on Wendy’s land again. (To be fair, it was the employee that spent 4 minutes after opening the window to get me money berating me for my music <3 that was a few years ago, but you understand. Like a literal bro please just put the fries in the bag moment lol)
Until i went to wendys with me’maw, because she IS the gal that orders 6 baked potatoes every two weeks. Blame the irish in ‘er.
However, this is merely a review, so lets get to the crumb of.. these cookies.
Best. Drive thru cookie. Ever.
But, alas it was NOT WARM and i had to scrape away a gold star because I could imagine the scrumptious-ness of a truly warm, fresh Wendys Cookie.
P.s, Staff is great, and service is snip, snap, chomp, yum. 10/10

Love this location. Wendy’s has been my biggest pregnancy craving (with my Covid baby and my current pregnancy), so I’m here often – spicy nugs, honey mustard, cherry vanilla Coke, and sometimes breakfast. It used to be such a regular stop and I didn’t realize it one of the drive-thru guys told me, “See you tomorrow!”
After six years of coming here, tonight was the first time my order was ever messed up. We’re a family of six and my husband never checks the bags, but when I called, they immediately knew who I was, fixed it right away, and were so kind and apologetic. They even offered a Frosty (which I declined). Great service and consistently good food.

Went through drive thru, order was taken and before I asked the window person confirmed my order verbally, (my requested order). Proceeded to window to pay then pick-up. Staff was polite and professional. order was done quickly, and the order was correct. The hot items were hot, and the cold items cold. It was the days end, and just needed to get a meal and go where I was going. it is great when an order is correct and freshly made.

Drive through employees, a man and a woman at the 2nd window @ 12:30 on Friday April 18th were rude. The service was not good at all, I love Wendy’s but will go out of my way to avoid this 1. They had bacon on a burger that shouldn’t have had bacon, pickles on a burger that shouldn’t have had them, wrong size drinks. The food was hot and fresh though so the cooks did great even if the drive through fell apart.

I visit this facility at least 5 times a month. The food is always very good via the drive thru or the restaurant inside. The staff is usually nice and helpful. My last order here was like so many before it. The order was hot and fresh along with courteous service. The facility was clean as usual. I will continue coming here to eat

Everything was fine a week ago. Ordered and was able to substitute chili for the fries. Came in on June 24th, ordered the same thing and was informed they have never made substitutions. Never stopping here again.
