This Wendy’s restored my faith in humanity. We dropped by on a Friday morning (2/27 around 10am) to grab breakfast, and the employees were just so wonderful and friendly! I have never had such a positive experience at a Wendy’s before. Absolutely amazing customer service, and our items were delicious, hot, and fresh. Give these folks a raise! ❤️

We were tired and it was late, but the staff was so incredibly friendly and food was hot and fresh that we forgot about all that for a while. This is, by far, the best Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for the awesome meal and the amazing staff.

Stopped here in a semi truck on my way to fort dodge. Really just wanted some breakfast and use the bathroom. Facilities were very clean and food was hot, delicious and quick. I got 2 breakfast burritos (bacon) .. really 1 would have filled me up..these are NOT your McDonald’s burritos. The young man at the register (brandon) was great to deal with..very positive attitude and quick customer service! Will definitely mark this as a favorite Wendy’s to stop at!

My Dave’s #2 combo was worst hamburger I have ever eaten. Only one soda dispenser had ice and both ketchup dispensers were empty. The staff didn’t move to rectify the problem. Poor service. We visited about 6pm Jan7, 2026. Very doubtful we will eat at Wendy’s again.

The York Wendy’s is AMAZING!! We were at an event in Lincoln and left late but didn’t wanna get food there because of the crowd. I placed a mobile order for Wendy’s and my order said it didn’t go through but my credit card was charged. I called Wendy’s and said that we’d be rolling through the drive-through at 11:55 PM and I knew they closed at midnight. Also, I wanted to double check because my mobile order said it didn’t go through. The nicest kindest person answered the phone and said she could see the mobile order and that they would have it ready for us. Her shining face when we arrived at the drive-through was spectacular. They had our food ready to go and she was so happy and nice and they were about to close. I wish every experience could be like the one we had with them. We will be patrons going forward because of her. I’m pretty sure her name was AJ. But I feel terrible because I don’t remember for sure.

We were in York on our way home to Kansas and stopped for some Krabby Patties! The food was great. But I’m very blonde and forgot my purse. After a few days of not finding it, I called Lonnie the manager and confirmed that I did indeed leave it there. Lonnie was so nice and mailed my purse to me with no charge and also sent us stickers and a coupon! I’m so absolutely grateful and was floored by the kindness he showed. I didn’t have any identifying info or cards in it but the purse itself was a Christmas gift and I really appreciate having it back. Thank you so so much and next time we are in town, we will stop by.

Was a great little stop on our way from Houston to Canada. Good service, clean tables and seating, food was fresh and staff were actively cleaning as people left a table, it was immediately cleaned and ready for the next people.
