Waited patiently in the drive through for a long time considering how many customers there were. Missing the chili for my grandmas taco salad and there is no point in ordering a large fry as they only fill up the boxes about halfway. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I have been disappointed by this location many times in the past for this same reason.

Honestly I’ve had multiple great experiences here. They get my order correct every time, employees always have a positive attitude, one of the managers is a very funny dude. Overall this place is clean, neat, well managed, and well staffed. Food is good, service is fast. One of the best Wendy’s in Omaha!

This Wendy’s is located at 134th and West Maple St in Northwest Omaha. For me, in rating a restaurant, cleanliness is probably my number one item. This Wendy’s is very neat and clean , including the restrooms Great staff, very helpful and courteous Great menu and if you’re looking for a value, try out the Biggie Bag fries nuggets and a burger . Free refills on drinks Also, handicap ♿️ parking and wheelchair accessible ramp. They offer a drive through and pre-order via app etc.So, when you’re out and about in NW Omaha, give them a try.

Items forgotten and halfway through eating baconator, pulled this piece of plastic of mouth. Been throwing up ever since to make sure didn’t ingest any other plastics. Whoever answered the phone was very nice and pleasant but besides that I’m in utter disgust and should get a full refund for that.

Very friendly service. This is my second time here and both times our food was ready as we were leaving the counter. Surprisingly my fries were hot both times. Will be back.
Update a year later. Very disappointed. Will not be back to this location. I ordered through the app, just a chicken sandwich. I was there to pick up my sandwich in about 5 min. There was one person in front of me, and no one greeted me for a few min. That guy didn’t know about my order. A lady came forward and told me she was putting in my order. Another five min goes by before I get my sandwich. I asked why I should use the app when they don’t start my sandwich until I get there. She said they were busy. Nope, never again!

Great staff but this food is horrible. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean but this is the type of food I get from Wendy’s everywhere I remember when they cooked fresh burger and this is what it has come too. If this is what’s being served I would imagine business for the company eventually will get worse maybe have a quality food or fill the Fry’s up when serving maybe actually make them fresh my food was cold the fries seemed to have been doubled dipped you know u know years of fast food service u just know and the buyer was warmed up in the microwave for sure. I can only complain about the food quality especially at this location it’s real bad. Staff was a plus the pic of our tray is how I got it

Baconator fries are pretty good but cheese is unmelted. Biggest let down is the soda machine which is really cool with tons of flavors but one of them is broken and the other doesn’t dispense the sugar syrup sometimes. Baconater is eh

The Baconator is a worthy burger folks. Maybe a bit too big, but Wendy’s is known to use better quality of beef than McD’s & BK. They start lunch at 10:30am which isn’t always advertised. The service is fine, its not the quality of a Chick-fil-a, but they aren’t bad either.

Being from out of town & staying in a hotel, I asked my son to stop at Wendy’s for something before going to the hotel. Ordered a single, Ketchup, tomato, lettuce, mustard only. My son DROPPED me off at the hotel. When I got upstairs, I opened my order & this is what I found! No cheese ordered, but… I do not eat cheese thus I do not ORDER cheese when I’m out. Now, I have a $7 hamburger that I cannot eat! I am NOT happy & they won’t answer the phone! Maybe tomorrow we’ll just stop back by there & leave it with them.

Person working the counter let me stand there while he took 5 mins putting stickers on a door dash order. Finally took my order. As I’m standing waiting for my food two ladies come up to the counter as he’s talking to another enployee and completely ignores the two ladies at the counter. He then walks back and stares at the cooks preparing food. Ladies still at the register not addressed at all. I went to the counter and said…excuse me, do you not see these ladies standing here? He said he saw them and I responded with…well, help them!!! At that point he finally took their order.
