Waited nearly 15 minutes in drive thru after ordering and I was the only. After getting frustrated I walked in and saw 6 workers, only 1 actually working and the rest joking and laughing in Spanish. After getting ignored for a couple more minutes one worker actually came over and I explained I was waiting for my food to be brought out. It was sitting on the counter by the cashier. What a joke that experience was. Only one who spoke English was the guy who took the order and working the window.

Honestly I’m so tired of yall.. i want extra bbq sauce. I order it at the window, because the app doesn’t let you add sauces. Yall get mad because YOU charge for it.. okay so I stopped using the app entirely, I order everything word for word at your window… So tell me why my biggie bag always comes with a bbq sauce, then I paid for 3 extra, and I only get the three extra that I paid for? Like do you guys know how to do your jobs at all? Give away your sauces for free if you don’t know how to do it correctly.

My experience with fast food attached to gas stations is usually not very positive.
This Wendy’s, although nothing special, is actually not bad, especially for being attached to a gas station.
There’s a Wendy’s closer to my house that’s standalone and I used to go there, but it constantly disappointed. This one has been great so far! I’ve started coming here instead if I’m craving Wendy’s even though it’s a little bit further away for me.

there’s an employee that every time I come in and order has a great smile and so friendly and energetic and welcoming the young man really sets the atmosphere for you the young man loves his job and it shows !!!! I think his name is Elijah I’m not sure I’ll see tomorrow… a Dave’s double and and chili it hit the spot with the temperature outside

I’m reporting this store to corporate since the useless manager only said “okay and” when I was trying to report the worker in the drive through who rolled his eyes when I asked for the crispy nuggets I asked for when I ordered. What kind of customer service is that? It’s unacceptable. I will be calling corporate in the morning!

They mixed up my order and gave it to someone else. I waited 10 minutes and they didn’t want to admit the mistake. When some guy brought my burger from the street, the employees wanted to give it to me (the burger from the street). Are you serious? They were rude and didn’t apologize. This is the bottom.
