I don’t leave reviews very often, but this was ridiculous. I pulled up next to the drive-thru speaker and the person said just a minute. At least 5 minutes later, probably closer to 10, they just say go ahead with your order. No acknowledgment about the wait while people have been staring at me from behind probably wondering why I am holding up the line. So I start placing my order and they are out of the first thing I asked for. At that point I just drove off. I can understand if there is a situation inside, or a staffing issue, or something outside the control of the person manning the drive-thru, but it is very disrespectful to your customers waiting so long without any update or acknowledgment. Then find out they were waiting for nothing.

Where to begin! So, late on a Sunday afternoon we rolled up to the drivethru after not being able to tell if the dining room was open because literally the place and parking lot were empty. The person took our order but we sat at the window for about 10 minutes before anyone came to take payment, no apologies for the wait. Another couple minutes before food came out and we noticed the special Frosty wasn’t correct even though the receipt showed the one ordered but my son said it was fine. We drove 5 minutes to where we were eating to see they left off a French Fry and ALL the food was cold! Not one thing was hot or even warm! Because we were in the middle of moving into an apartment, we couldn’t go back, tried calling 7 times no answer, and after reading other comments, I decided not to even try to talk to a “manager”! Stay away from this place, it’s awful! Definitely not up to the standard we expect from Wendy’s!!

We didn’t even get to eat let alone order, the cook who was working yelled at the cashier who looked to be a young girl, telling her she’s gonna have to hold on our order because he can’t be expected to stand and cook, which by the way is his job. Very rude and I feel bad for whoever works with that miserable man. Free those workers

I don’t understand how they can mess up fast food so badly. Not normally one to complain much, but just look at how bad this food is. Whole onions in the chilli, hard beans, barely any meat. In a drink cup? Everything cold. Burnt burger bun!! How long does it take to remake a burger bun so its not burnt!?!? Pure laziness here, don’t waste your money.

Stopped in with my sister for lunch today. While we trying to order someone approached the person taking our order and began a conversation about picking up hours.
The person taking our order got a bit confused and ended up telling that individual to allow him to finish our order.
The drink machine was our next stop. It was out of non sweet tea, non sweet fanta and a few other choices. Once our food arrived it was less than good. I ordered the Asiago Chicken Sandwich. Cheese was dry and unrelated and the bacon was broken up into small pieces.
On the left is the one I got. On the right is what is advertised.
Today was the first time I have been to Wendy’s in years. Will be the last for a long time again.

I’m not angry that the lobby is closed in the middle of the day.
I’m not angry that I ran around to all three doors in the middle of the rain because they have a sign saying that the other one is open.
I’m angry that when I told the manager. All she did was give me back talk and refused to take the sign down.

Apparently, they don’t care about their customers running around in the middle of the rain. For no reason.

If you are that lazy. I am very concerned about what happens behind the scenes

Order 2 biggie bags and extra Jbc. Our nuggets, fries and buns were hard as rocks. Called to get the order fixed. Manager was nice. Came back tonight to get the order fixed. They shorted us a whole meal but gave us frosty and cookies. So annoyed, we live south. And I’m not going back!

This specific location, I never get any good customer services. Tried giving them a chance again tonight so I placed a mobile order and it went through cause it says the close at midnight right? I went to the drive through around 10pm and was sitting and sitting there (the lights were on and everything) and no one responded so I went to park my car and attempt to go inside. Door is locked. I’m not mad about that some businesses close the lobby early. I attempt to go to the drive through again, still no answers. I pull up at the window and I see a guy worker just bend over the counter on his phone the whole time while I wait. He finally sees me and doesn’t even open the window to tell me they’re closed. I’m sitting in my car confused and I pointed my screen with the mobile order at him and he finally opens the window to tell me they’re closed. Again, some business decides to close early (in this case basically a whole 2 hours early). So I told him why didn’t you guys put a sign up? A piece of paper and ink to write a simple note that says ‘closed’ would be awesomeeeeee

My group and I came in kind of late and the staff were fantastic with handling all the orders, making sure everyone got what they ordered… best experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s in a long time. The frosty i got… fantastic 10/10

2nd bad experience at this location 4308 Dodge St. Fries were cold. Dave’s Double and Dave’s Single both were cold and burgers tasted old. Only thing that was good was the chili. Drive thru service is very slow and its not because they are making fresh food. Avoid this location.
