This Wendy’s was horrible they messed up our order not once but twice and refused to fix it! How do you get a chicken sandwhich and bacon cheeseburger confused? Then saying a child was wrong when they request a wrap and you offer them crispy or grilled when that is not an option and telling a child she is stuck with the sandwich instead of the wrap! Absolutely horrible experience!

The food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, we opted to dine in. During which we got a ear full from the manager, who loudly proclaimed his position, from his rude attitude, whining about his job duties, the fact that customers kept coming and even profanities!! Not the pleasant experience we were hoping for. I’m a customer service worker for 2 decades, his behavior was appalling ! Dakota, thank you for ruining our meal! If you don’t enjoy your job, please don’t project it on your customers. After all, they are the ones who make your paycheck possible!

Hold the pickles usually means don’t put any on the burger….not add extra. Meat was overcooked and dry, bun fell apart due to the extra pickle juice it absorbed in the 4 minutes it took me to get back. Overall bad all the way around.

Phenomenal service. Brought a group of 12 middle schoolers. Called ahead and they were well prepared, and took care of the coaches. Excellent job!
