Poorly ran. They don’t give you all ur food when you go through drive thru. And if you’re lucky when you do get what you order it don’t come with everything it’s suppose to come with. Haven’t had one good order since I’ve been coming here. Step it up KIDS

Usually enjoy eating from here but tonight made me change my mind completely. Had a taco salad, family had their usual. All of their fries were cold and stale, clearly served beyond the hold time, and were unsalted. When eating my salad I bit something that had the consistency of rubber but torn and behaved like paper, then I find a bug inside the salad when digging through it.

Are there on Sunday, had to ask for fries and frosty that I ordered. Last night I went through the drive through around 9:30, was rudely told, “we’re out of salads”. No problem I get it, it’s late, but don’t be rude. Then was looking at the menu for what I wanted and was rudely “asked”, “do you want anything?”. Ordered our food. Asked for 2 son of baconator meals with onion. They were horribly dry, no bacon on one of them and no onions on either of them. Overall a bad experience, twice, with bad food the second time 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Not at all impressed by the rude female at the drive thru. I did not see her name so I have only physical attributes to go by. She had multi- colored hair and piercings with chains . She is rude as hell and appears to get flustered over simple things. She was also snotty to the young male worker.

Ordered a simple sandwich and a large fry, received the sandwich with everything I told them not to put on it, fries were half empty and burnt. I brought it back hoping for better and the sandwich was terrible, fries were burnt and crispy still. Ended up just throwing it away and going home.

Oh my goodness! They got our order right (coke and sweet tea) but the customer service was incredibly awful! She acted like we were an inconvenience, or worse, like we had just slaughtered her dog! I don’t care what people look like (at least 20 piercings on her face), and I said please and thank you (I’ve worked in customer service so I try to be nicer knowing that they deal with awfulness all the time), but my gosh this person was terrible! No one deserves that attitude! Never will I ever go back to Wendy’s in Clay Center!
