I ordered through drive-through. I was curious, recently becoming a senior. I wanted to see if they gave any kind of senior discount. I try to ask, and he closed window on me before I can get my words out. Finally, Ithe second time I asked him. Hurriedly answered and close the window on me. I Had asked for a half cut iced tea. Which I got, but the tea was very weak and just taste like sugar water. I went back around stated my issue. But he was very argumentative and said that’s what I had asked for a half cut tea. Which I said hold up. I’m not saying you got it wrong. I’m just saying I don’t like the tea. Could I get something else? I was told I could wait in line, or I could come inside and get my own drink. I pulled around and got my own drink. One of the ladies came up and asked me about the situation and I told her. I’ve never really gotten this bad of Customer Service before. He was a team lead, I think because of the different shirt. We lead by example…

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone too. The lady who has long hair, brunette and worked on the night of march 6, 2026 was the rudest lady I’ve ever met in fast food. There was two cars in the drive thru, and she was very snippy and would barely listen to us ask for straws or a spoon before cutting us off. Wouldn’t get us any sauce and told us we had to come in to get anything else then rudely walked away. If the food wasn’t good, I would’ve given 1 star total.

I was served the best fries Wendy’s have ever produced. My first thought was, this has to have happened by accident. Wendy’s fries are always that light colored mushy stuff, which is fine, that’s just how they always are. These though, they weren’t even the color of Wendy’s fries. They were dark golden crispy perfection. In all my years, never has a Wendy’s rendered such an outstanding product. The rest of the food was as good as should be expected. The fries were ridiculous.

Wendy’s has turned to crap. Management and staff are rude. Ordered through the app and we were missing all the French fries, the chili was cold on the chili fries and the burger was freaking pink. When I called they were absolutely awful and acted as if I was wasting their time.

I’m pretty disappointed with this franchise location. Almost every time I go to this Wendy’s they’re completely out of barbecue sauce. You would think the franchisee would be paying attention to what he’s running out of and order more for his customers. Along with the barbecue sauce always being unavailable, when I order the chili the staff very often forgets both the crackers and the spoon. I’m not sure how this always seems to happen, but it seems like the staff needs better training. This is unfortunate, because I live so close to this location, but I dread ordering from here and have gotten to the point I’d rather drive across town than come to this location.

I can’t really tell you how the food was at this Wendy’s today because they refused to serve us at the drive through. We were having a stressful day and were short with the clerk who then refused our car service. They didn’t try to resolve any problem nor were they polite or nice about it. There was no inquiry about how they could help or were we having a bad day. There was no sign of possible conflict resolution. They just flatly refused to wait on us. Maybe they need to take a few courses in customer service and conflict resolution instead of just making the customers day worse than it already was. We won’t be back, but my advice to future customers us if you’re having a bad day, don’t go here.

Chrysler Electronic Lean Burn
Ordered the 4 for $4 meals. My son got the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and I got the Crispy Chicken sandwich. The 4 for $4 comes with fries, chicken nuggets and a drink. You can get your choice of sandwiches Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Sandwich, Jr Cheeseburger or a Double. Both were made to order and the employees even apologized about the wait on the fries. Nice employees and good food and service! Who could ask for anything more.
