I and a friend ate at Wendy’s this weekend – we ordered and I swiped my credit card before I noticed the over charge – I ask for a refund and they refused – they would only offer us a extra food item in exchange for the over charge – this is very poor customer service !!

Had an emergency to tend to and didn’t get to my food as quick as I’d have liked.
With that said, the food that was meant to be served “fresh” shouldn’t visibly have sprinkled cheese on top still after 5-10 mins any WARM plate should have easily melted that cheese.
I can microwave some fries right now and that shredded cheese wouldn’t be able to be picked from the entre.
To say the food is fresh is crazy.
I know it’s fast food, but it doesn’t need to be heated for less time because of that.

I love Wendy’s! The only thing I dont like about this Wendy’s is the fact that you have to drive all the way around and try to find parking to wait for your food. Other than that this place is great!

Wife just went through there ordered two Junior bacon and cheeseburgers, two baconators and two junior baconators got clear home here into independence and they quote forgot the baconators the most expensive thing we ordered called and we’ll if we drive back to coffeyville we can pick them up….. absolutely ridiculous to drive 40 miles round-trip because you messed up….. absolute JOKE

Ordered a Dave’s double meal …burger was so greasy that it made the bun soggy ,tomato mushy was not good such a waste.Then fries so disappointing who wants to eat cold fries says no one.My drink maybe had 4 ice cubes flat .Come on people do better .What a waste of money for a $ 12 dollar meal.Just makes me not to even want to come back

Being a new restaurant in town you usually expect it to be good for awhile anyways. Service was great at the window, and we had to pull over to wait for our food so assumed it would be fresh. Unfortunately that was not the case our fries were limp and ice cold and the grilled chicken in my wrap was very tough and tasted microwaved. So why the long wait?? After spending 40.00 I expected so much more than food we had to feed the dogs. Good thing they like anything.

Dirty Tables, they prioritize Drive-Thru way more than lobby. They were staffed enough to handle us as well.
It took forever for myself and the people before me to get our food. They would just only work on orders for drive-thru and didn’t care about the people in lobby that’s been there for 20+ minutes
