I went to Wendy’s with my roommate and it was 40 mins to close so we didn’t expect anything perfect by any means, but we get home and my roommate takes a bite of the chicken sandwich and almost the whole thing is raw. Luckily I hadn’t taken a bite yet. We waited for 10 mins for the food cause they said they only had one fryer and so we were patient. Our fries were extremely old and cold as well, but we thought since it’s almost closing time we’ll just drench them in sauce and it would be fine since we hadn’t had a meal since 11 am. But for the chicken to be raw is absolutely disgusting. There was also not even a full piece of lettuce on the sandwich. We got food poisoning a couple months ago, but decided to try a new location and I can confirm we won’t be going back after both of these incidents at two different locations and will be returning for my money tomorrow morning. Wendy’s has went downhill in the past years but their prices haven’t.

They keep putting shredded lettuce on the asiago chicken sandwich and it changes the whole sandwich. reminded me of a McDonald’s sandwich and was very disappointed
the chain as a whole has gone so far downhill it’s insane. even the bun is different and i read they use the ground chicken now and you can definitely tell it is true. sandwich even seemed smaller. adios wendy’s.

Ok I’m not trying to sound like your typical online Karen but I’ve gone to the South Seneca Wendy’s multiple times over last month and they never give me a fork from a salad and I think this is the third time I always get the taco salad didn’t put no chili on it it’s literally lettuce tomato cheese and corn that’s it and today just talked it all off they made me Park and wait almost 15 minutes for a damn salad that was already premade I just don’t understand why we going back to that location anymore that’s for sure

The cashier appeared to be brand new, but did a great job sorting out our order and wasn’t afraid to ask for help from the manager as needed. The restaurant was clean and bright. Our order was completed quickly and tasted great.
