I ordered my favorite salad, apple pecan, that has blue cheese, cranberries, apples, and pecans. The new salad size is about 1/3 less, the price went up a dollar earlier this year, and I was sent home with no blue cheese on the salad. They now give it in little packets and forgot to give me one. I will never order this product again And that’s sad because it was my favorite. It certainly not worth nine dollars for what I see in front of me now.

Unfortunately, the drive-thru at the Central and Tyler location was extremely slow and people were leaving the line. The food was cold and missing some items. Guys…. I wish I could give this Wendy’s a 0 star…. It is horrible every time I come they mess up my order… today, they forgot one of my sandwiches… I of course had to re-wait in line because the doors are locked… When I got home, my son’s sandwich had no meat patty in it! They’re always so helpful and just an all around fresh breath of air.
In a world when people are happy to complain, I wanna do the opposite and offer praise of those great men and the environment they create for those that prefer dining in.
I purposefully go out of my way to go to this location because of those guys and the rest of their staff.
Sincerely, give these fellers a raise. Lord knows they deserve it.

Haven’t been to this place in a long time and I quickly remembered why. My buddy and I were the only people in the lobby at lunch time, and our food took forever. Fries had no salt or seasoning on them. My friend made the comment that maybe we should have went through the drive thru. That line was moving quick. I guess keep your drive thru numbers good and forget about the people in the lobby. Won’t be going back.
