This Wendy’s, on Rock Rd is maybe the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The customer service was top notch. The food was fresh and delicious and the store didn’t have a single dirty table. Great job, team!

Order through drive-through ask for fresh at the window pick up ask if it’s fresh employee said should be it was /Not fresh I would’ve not Feed it to my dog I don’t know what happened after the store was remodeled the food went straight to Hell waitress asked me for the wrong amount of money three times when I said no that’s not right and she said sorry and then she came back and said the same thing again then she realize she made a mistake Did not apologize then the food sucked I did not want to waste one second making a phone call if they don’t care about their business why should I there was nobody there it took Long time waiting at the window on my foot still sitting next to the register while she’s taking other people to order behind me somebody must’ve came, but I was there for at least 12 minutes or more before I paid for my food. She was on some other project. Obviously, They need a new manager that’s for sure

The lady that was working the drive thru was so monotone with the way she spoke and didn’t come off polite also it states on their menu at the Wendy’s drive thru that there is a jr cheeseburger deluxe and she kept telling there was no biggie bag with that when It clearly states that. Just wish people would be more polite with customer service instead of arguing with the customer I only wanted the jr cheeseburger deluxe for my son was that so much to ask for seriously do better Wendy’s! Also fries are stale not even fresh order was made wrong one of the burgers were supposed to have no ketchup on it and it had ketchup how hard is it to get an order right listen to your customers seriously it’s not that hard!

No. The nugget was not biten by us. So we got a half ate nugget.
I also wanted a brownie swirl and got a chocolate frosty. Did I correct it? No. Why? Because the lady already seemed inconvenienced. Then she couldn’t even tell us we had everything. Just slammed shut the window like we did something. Didn’t say a single word to us. I know it’s fast food I shouldn’t expect much. I just guess expecting the bare minimum IS too much.
