Well I know what the critics say which say absolutely nothing! This restaurant is clean and the food is ‘real beef’ and never frozen. My only complaint is that other fast-food chains add other synthetic ingredients along with the added natural flavored ‘meal-worm. This franchise is genuinely ‘Good Food Fast’. Lemon critics, Wendy’s deserves a lot more! If you don’t appreciate your experience here…go eat some meal-worms.

The best service I’ve gotten from a fast food restaurant in so long!! All staff were super sweet and positive. Service was fast (drive thru) and food was great!! Went around 7:15pm on a Saturday night.

Usually a bit of a wait but honestly expected with how busy this place always seems around lunch and dinner. My food has never been messed up thankfully. But going in and having to wait a few before someone realizes your at the counter is the reason I’m giving them a 4 on service.

After driving all day decided to stop at this Wendy’s for supper used drive thru then decided to eat at my motel room upon opening my bag of food I discovered the sandwiches were built sloppy and the French Fries were old and cold for also $50 dollars for my order I expect Wendy’s to do better

The past few times I’ve gone they’ve screwed something up. I know, I know, why keep going? I keep thinking “surely they don’t screw up like that ALL the time, right?” Last time I went I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger. I get all the way home. PLAIN. Literally just bread, cheese, and a patty. This time I go, I order two saucy nugget meals. NO FRIES. And this was after I waited almost 15 minutes so they could make the food fresh, then the food wasn’t even hot, just kinda warm. So if you do go to this location, CHECK EVERY ITEM IN YOUR BAG.

I’m giving this location a 5 based solely on the excellent customer service.
We visited the drive thru pretty much during an upcoming snowstorm, and this was pretty much the only place open. I’m sure the employees wished they were at home and safe with their families but instead had to work. Attitudes were great, very cheerful and friendly and food was good.
We were thankful for them being open and dedication to their job.
I hope management appreciates the workers who were there this Saturday night.

Absolutely horrible! My order was so simple and they couldn’t handle it, I had 1 item that was a special order-(a double stack no pickle, no onion) only to get all the way home clear at the opposite end of town to find that it had both of those things on there! Very unhappy customer! It was 1 special order item and they couldn’t handle the job!
