This place was freezing cold inside on one of the colder winter days this year. Mentioned it at the counter and was pretty much blown off. Newly remodeled so I would assume the heating system works. We will not be back!

Got a single and double cheeseburger, both raw in the middle. The patties had no sear and looked barely cooked, a microwave would’ve done better. Really disappointing and concerning how that even made it out of the kitchen. If it happens again, I’ll be there when the manager that night gets off to make sure it gets addressed face-to-face.

I love Wendy’s chili, & it’s the perfect time of year for chili, so I highly recommend their chili. Sometimes I’ll get a ground beef & bean burrito someplace & go to Wendy’s to get their chili, then go home, combine the two to make a chili-covered burrito, & put my own shredded cheddar cheese (& maybe sour cream) on top. Yuummm.

My boyfriend and I ordered through the app. I didn’t know what I wanted and he told me the BLT chicken sandwich was one of his favorites so we grabbed a couple. I don’t think you can slap a piece of bacon on a chicken sandwich and call it a BLT. The portion sizes are ridiculous. I just got the sandwich because I was expecting the size of it to compare to other crispy chicken sandwiches from other fast food places but the size compares more to a McChicken. Also the girl at the window was super short with us and rushed us away even though they were not busy at all.

Absolutely amazing. The last couple of time we have been to a Wendy’s they have really impressed us with food quality, service,and atmosphere. Recently went to the Wendy’s with the family in Derby,KS. It was as expected a 5 star experience. Thanks to the employees who made that happen for us. Definitely would recommend and we will be back.

Got the 2 for 3.00 breakfast and was one of the worst breakfast I have ever had. The sausage biscuit was cold and overcooked and the biscuit was cold and dry, the potatoes were cold like they had been sitting there for hours and also hard and overcooked. Terrible!!!!

We waited like 20 minutes, we were missing a large fry and all the other fries we did get were old. The pop machine I think needs cleaned or fixed it tastes disgusting every time we go. So we spent a lot for missing and cold food. Long wait time for being the only one in line and I’m still hungry..

9-9-2023 the store has reopened and they still can’t put the burger on the bun. My nuggets tasted old and dried out. I ordered a medium frosty and they gave me what I thought was a small. They insisted it was a medium. I asked for my receipt and instead of handing it to me they put it in the bag with the greasy fries.

Newly remodeled location, but that’s where the positivity ends. Cannot ever get orders correct. The sandwich pictured was requested with cheese and mustard ONLY. It had the cheese, but NO mustard. Fries were unfortunately substandard also. Employees are nice, but are unfortunately not attentive. Such as shame.

The lobby fills like a ice box, especially when it’s 35 degrees outside and they dont belive in heat to make there costumers happy. With it being so cold in the restaurant your food is cold when you get it from the counter its ice cold by time you even get it finished. There food isn’t priced right .
