Cashier was friendly. My granddaughter and I stopped in for lunch around 11:00. Wasn’t busy yet. The soda machine in the lobby was out of Diet Coke unfortunately so got something different. Fries were about room temperature but not terrible. Overall we had a good visit here. Will most likely come back again.

Went in on Saturday around noon. They were out of Lettuce and Onions. Nothing on our sandwiches but meat bread and a lot of dressing (may, Mustard, etc) The manager could have gone up the street a few blocks and bought some at Walmart and made their customers more happy than we were when we left there. Our experience was terrible and the only thing that was worth eating were the fries. The drinks didn’t even taste right. We will never go back. Evidently the manager could care less about their customers. I do NOT recommend this place.

Have given this Wendy’s several chances 3 times drive thru and food is always cold. Went in tonight and the hamburgers were so burnt was unable to eat. I wish they would do some training or something!! Every other Wendy’s is great! Not sure why they are that way!!

Stopped on our way home from KC. We walked in at 8:38pm walked out at 8:57pm with nothing. Kids working looked at us several times but did not acknowledge us standing at the register. After 20 minutes waiting to order we gave up and drove to Pittsburg.

I’ve been in the Drive-Thru line for 10 minutes and haven’t even made it to the window. I ordered the 4 for 4 and a taco salad with extra chili and a root beer and it came to 20 some dollars, outrageous! Hope the food is good or I’m going to be very upset after such a long wait and such a ridiculous price! Well when I got home my husband goes to eat his chicken nuggets and they are not in the bag. It’s not bad enough these outrageous prices but then they don’t even give you the food! I will not go back there.

Service was horrible but it could have been faster. We used the drive thru and of course I had another appointment to get to… there were 2 cars ahead of us. We waited 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a fountain drink and a coffee. Food was hot and drinks were of proper temperature.
