Cashier was friendly. My granddaughter and I stopped in for lunch around 11:00. Wasn’t busy yet. The soda machine in the lobby was out of Diet Coke unfortunately so got something different. Fries were about room temperature but not terrible. Overall we had a good visit here. Will most likely come back again.

I ordered something off the Wendy’s app. My Money was taken and when we got there they didn’t have the order. They wouldn’t even honor the order. Even though I had proof my money was taken. It’s dishonest. Wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s. They take your money don’t give you the food.

Hubby & I ofcourse eat at various restaurants including fast food quite often..
usually the food at most places is somewhat good/mediocre- but not stand out good like our order today at Wendy’s!
We both got a spicy chicken sandwich with a large chili.. the food arrived hot & both tasted so fresh & DE-LISH!!
The chilli.. whoever made it did it RIGHT!!
Generous portions of hamburger, beans & all the other fixins!!
Not exactly sure if it’s made fresh or comes frozen.. but either way regardless- it tasted homemade & was probably one of the best fast food experiences we’ve had in a long time!

Ordered a Monster meal and a couple of cookies. Went back to the motel (1 mile) to eat. Cold sandwich, no cookies. Not going to stay here when I go through Fort Scott.

Went in at 8:35 2/28/25. The cashier communicated they were short staffed, and that my chicken sandwich would be a hold up, it was super fresh. I saw 2 guys knock out 5 people’s orders in that time frame. Food, great, communication, great, speed, extremely impressive. I fished off moms burger also really good.
Over all I’m super satisfied, we wasted 35 minutes in the taco bell drive through and came in a bit snippy. Sorry about that, you guys didn’t deserve it. I’m highly satisfied with this store.

Employees exceptionally friendly and food fresh. I feel the women’s bathroom could use some upgrade for sink and a hook to hang a ladies purse. Other than that the upgrade/s needed employees made it 5 stars.

Terrible Experience!!! They messed up my burger I ordered another one and they forgot about it. No crackers for my husband’s chili. Another family was still waiting for 4 frostys when we left. Someone else had to talk to a manager. Not going to that Wendy’s again. Should have listened to my husband he warned me about eating there.

I enjoyed the Wednesday frosty. They explained all the frosty flavors. Burger hot and fresh as were the fries.
