Ordered 1 thing and this is what I got when I opened the bag sadly I always order cook to order but they were busy so I figured it would be fresh but nope! Boy was I was wrong so learn from me and (always) order cook to order or u will just get cold poorly put together food they didnt even chop the bacon just crazy!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First the pulled me for a basic biggie bag meal while the continued to hand out other orders for a good 10 minutes. Then when they finally brought my food out it was wrong. Idk what they’re doing or why it’s so hard to construct a burger but they need to get it together real fast. Then complain that they make minimum wage

I placed a mobile order for sausage egg and cheese muffin got told at the window they don’t have muffins anymore so I want it with a croissant I said yes then the guy came and handed me my food and put on liquid Swiss so I asked if I could get American because that’s the cheese my meal came with the guy at the window had a attitude about it and had to go remake it then I asked for ketchup and the guy at the window had an attitude about it and on top of all of that I ordered a strawberry lemonade and paid extra for it to not even get a strawberry lemonade

Every time that we’ve gone to get a dinner meal, the buns have been hard and the cheese not at all melted, more Mayo than one person would need for one burger that always has to be wiped off and the burger always seems cold.
Breakfast isn’t bad, you can tell when there’s adults working to pay their bills and when there’s young people working that don’t care.

They lady at the window/ordertaker at the drive was very kind and patient. I was struggling with ordering and she helped me find what I was looking for. The food was out fast and it was 4 meals. Great experience at this location will go back.

There was a long black strand of hair found in our ghost pepper ranch sandwich, in the other sandwich, the wrapper had ketchup all over it when the sandwich had no sauce. Whoever is making the food is not changing their gloves. The person taking orders at the drive thru, was rude, didn’t follow through with a proper ending, and just all around should not be taking orders. The person taking money at the window needs to put their hair back or wear a wendys cap while at work. All around they were a hot mess today. Whoever is making food needs to put their hair up better. The rest of the food was fine, but i have noticed this wendy’s location on Topeka blvd. has more issues then the other locations. We usually try to avoid this location, but we were close by today and decided to go for it. Bad decision on our part.

All I did was walk up to the counter and this rude employee wants to say “I hate them damn doordashers” like what. I walked out and cancelled that order, NOOOO thanks. Hate is such a strong word for NO reason?! Sorry you’re miserable and hate your job but you talk to people like that and you’ll lose it real quick.

Meal was right on point- Wendy’s burgers are hard to beat when just grilled (when the patty still ‘shinning’ from juices)…you gotta know what I’m talking about lol:) …if not, you MUST, must (nicely) request a fresh patty to see what I mean + the nuggets were perfectly crunchy & I can’t think of another way to describe but ‘puffy’ like little pillows- never had nuggets like this but perfect! The young gal Linda at counter had a nice n pleasant attitude too. Thanks for enjoyable dinner and making fresh patty for me:) Keep up Gr8 service TH
