A simple bacon double with no pickles and they couldn’t even remember not to put the pickles or pack my sweet chili sauce I paid for. I also asked for no ice in my drink and of course they couldn’t figure that out either. I could only imagine what else they screw up daily.

Pulled up at the drive thru at 11:30pm. When I ordered my food the person taking the order read it back to me perfect. I pulled up and paid and pulled to the side. They said it would be a few mins to make the food. 10 mins later the order was wrong after i checked the bag. I just pulled back up to the window and said it was wrong. They looked at me confused and I was tired so I just handed them the food and left. Not the first time they messed up my order.

I understand we have to pay more these days, even though we didn’t get drinks. But… The twice fried fries suck! And you didn’t even bother to salt them after you took cold fries and reheated them.
I don’t like soggy brown fries.

Well, this is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to in Topeka. A thousand times better and cleaner than the one on Wanamaker.
The lady that ook my order was very pleasant.
The fries are hot and have no salt.
The burger looked amazing. It was a little dry, but it wasn’t overwhelming with condiments.
The dining room was clean. I didn’t see any dirty tables.
The bathroom could use a little love.
I would have given them a better rating, but I think whoever was in charge was using some bad language. Definitely not for the young ones to hear.
I will definitely be back to try

I order in the app to use the deals cuz duh. I clearly ordered a chocolate frosty and got vanilla. its happened before but then they told me they were out of the chocolate and asked if I was okay with vanilla. I pulled to the drive through and it was a curt “order when youre ready” and then even less at the window. I appreciate the quick time for SURE, but the lack of any sort of pleasing atmosphere to the customer is not okay. they were laughing and joking inside and honestly, I love seeing it cuz if you dont like your coworkers, work sucks even more. but there has to be both and this place didn’t have it today

Very clean, locked bathrooms for safety.. great food. Except the chicken in the salad was way old and dried out, I had to throw it away. Everything else was a good, great view of some building from the parking lot

The morning crew is terrible ordered biscuits and gravy with extra gravy x2 got home saw it was barely enough gravy to cover the biscuits went back said they put it on showed him then I told him to make it like he was making it for himself, said no more gravy gave cash refund. Just sorry

Manager was as rude as can be about my missing sauce. Trying to charge me for the sauce I already ordered getting snippy saying they didn’t even have any directly after saying they did.
Then got home with my food. Fries were old and soggy, and my sandwich didn’t have anything on it at all when it was supposed to have bacon and cheese. Called for a refund and was told I can’t get a refund. If I wanted one I’d have to go back to the store and get cash only.

Bring back the leaf lettuce. Your shredded lettuce sucks! I now order my sandwiches without lettuce and it just not the same but better than your shredded lettuce!
