Been going here for years, but the last two visits been unpleasant. Food was not warm and taste its been under the heat lamp. Fries were cold, stiff and stuck together. Placing an order took awhile because everyone’s in the back away from public view listening to music. And now they charge for each sauce, even tge kne that’s supposed to come with the nuggets.
The time before that had the problem with the order taker, he mumbled, copped an attitude, and starred. I know I got there late, but I felt he was giving me signal to leave. He shut off the drink dispenser and put “out of order” sign on it, told me the drive thru dispenser is for drive thru only. He cleaned out and took out both ketchup dispensers, never brought them back. He mopped all the way around us, kept looking at me and looking at his phone for the times multiple times. Asked for a To go bag, copped an attitude. Asked for a refill, said machines are off. So I was very unhappy with both my last visits, and I literally mean “Last visits”.

Hands down the best Wendy’s I have ever been to. So far, everything has always been fast, fresh and never have I had fast food prepared so well from a fast food restaurant. At lunchtime non the less. They expertly prepare the sandwiches! Like dang near commercial quality!!

Yes, it’s a Wendys, but not all Wendys are created equal. This one has the best service and, in my extensive experience with area Wendys restaurants, is least likely to screw up your order.

DON’T GO!!!! Doors are to open at 8. It’s 8:30 and they’re still locked… We got sometimes attention to let us in and they tell us the manager needs to unlock the door…. While we are there no one did.

So a lesson has been learned. Refrain from visiting this place at night, came here for some baconator fries and a drink. Customer service was rude and yelled at me exclaiming, “what?” When she was unable to hear me, then had begun speaking in a mumblish manner. We also found a short and curly hair melted into the cheese on the fries. Disgusting. Thanks for the drink though, so far it seems alright.

I’ve decided to stop going to this location for a while. Every time I’ve gone inside when it was warm, there were a ton of flies in the dining area and often the food wasn’t prepared very well.
Last time I ordered the cheese and bacon baked potato with added chives. I got a couple of pieces of sliced bacon and no chives. I ordered an iced mocha and got some weird tasting drink—I think it was caramel.
I’ve gone there a few times during posted business hours only to find them closed. They can’t seem to add my rewards points either.
I hate posting negatively about our neighborhood Wendy’s, but it’s enough of paying for less than quality, incorrect items and trying to fan flies away while we eat:-/.

I am trying Wendy’s new wild caught North Pacific cod sandwich. It is crispy with a glob of tartar sauce and pickles. I added jalapenos($extra) but it is Yummy!!! And my fries are hot and crispy! I am very satisfied.

Consistently underwhelming, slow, usually dirty inside and if they only get 1 thing wrong on an order it’s a win. Worst Wendy’s ever. I’m stunned by any review over 1 star.
