I was pretty disappointed in their frosties as they were more like soup than ice cream. I didn’t need a spoon as a straw would have sufficed. This tends to be symptomatic around Olathe except for the Wendy’s on highway seven across from McDonalds near sante fe. Their frosties are pretty solid and definitely requires a spoon.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Baconator and Baconator Fries. The fries were fine but when I got home to check the burger all I got was a cheeseburger with a torn bun. Absolutely disappointed and upset at getting the entirely wrong burger and the quality of what I ended up with instead.

The food was good but the soda tasted like soap and the ranch dipping sauce was missing from the order of small chicken nuggets. When I went back in to get it the shift manager wanted to argue like I wanted a second one or I just wanted one without buying nuggets at all and wanted the thrill of procuring a precious fifty cent pot of ranch dressing from them. Ridiculous. So if you are one of the chosen and actually receive the dipping sauce you order guard it with your life.

The manager was a horrid person. Cashier and my boyfriend and I were asking about a coupon. She walked over to the counter looking already pissed, told us that we can’t get that item. My boyfriend and I read her the notes and restrictions on the back of the coupon and that she should honor the coupon. She got even more mad and said you can’t put it on the same order and split the order. Which was fine, she has no Customer Service Skills and if she treats the customers like crap, just imagine her employee who have to deal with her. She needs to be fired, there is no correction happening with her.
Btw, coupon for kids $1.99 meal for the chicken tenders.
I guess the tenders came out after the couon,…soo they are not allowed on that coupon….it did not specify a restriction on new items.
Chicken Tenders, 2 orders, so 4 Tenders.
Definitely would not break the bank.

I was traveling through here, and this was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in my entire life. First off, they pulled me forward me forward to wait for my food, which I don’t mind at all doing, but then 15 minutes go by and a very disrespectful kid just walked up to my window and said “what’s you’re order” very rudely. Then I proceeded to tell him my order (chicken sandwich, small fry, 6 piece nugget) and he looks at me, and says “nah” and turns to the car next to me and proceeds to hand them the bags of food. Then he looks back at me and says “I gotchu though.” And runs back inside the building. The people next to me are inspecting the food, which I assume
Is because they got the wrong order. They looked just as confused as me. I then wait another 15-20 minutes when another guy comes out, and says “have you gotten your order yet?”. I said no. Obviously. That’s why I was still waiting there. Duh so then another 5-10 minutes pass, and they both come out with my order. And they did give me two frosty pass things for the inconvenience, which I will not be using because I will never again return to a Wendy’s. So I inspect the food, expecting it to be cooked, but IT WAS NOT. I literally bit into raw chicken. I am pregnant, raw meat can kill my child. That is literally a lawsuit. If anything happens to my child in the womb, I WILL sue this specific Wendy’s. I have no idea how after over 35 minutes, they managed to give me a raw piece of chicken. How does that even happen. Will never come back and everyone here is really weird. Take this into consideration next time you want a chicken sandwich from Wendy’s

This specific Wendy’s has a lot of problems. I work close to here so I use to come on my lunch most days however the service is horrible. There’s a younger black guy at the counter who always mumbles and the last time I went I clearly said what I wanted but it’s like he doesn’t even comprehend what I’m saying and he got mad. I had to repeat my order to him multiple times, and the worst part? It was ONE item. Also the food there isn’t always cooked right especially the chicken. Also for some reason the drink dispenser at this Wendy’s makes all the drinks taste horrible. I don’t know if it’s just never cleaned or it’s the machine itself but I’ve never gone to this Wendy’s and had a good experience with the drink machine. If there was any other fast food on this road the Wendy’s would be closed already.

Ordered my food, guy at the counter tossed my drink cup into my tray so I could *fetch* it. The food is what I ordered but wow the “Baconator” had 1 piece of bacon broken between the patties and 1 piece of broken bacon on top, seriously. Then eating in the lobby and the cup guy comes out and changes the big trash cans next to my table. It really sucks because I’m in this area every day and will have to find another place to stop if I’m in a hurry.

I ordered a four-piece chicken nugget and they got it to me on time and they gave me free fries with it. this is not the first time they’ve done this. they always give me food like they’re literally the greatest people to ever walk this planet. Fast food restaurant chain that does burgers, fries, and drinks. Wendys is pretty nuch known for the square patty that they make for the hamburgers. This location has been remodeled and is very nice inside, with several TVs, a fireplace, nice modern clean seating, movable table and chairs, two free style coke machines, free wifi, and a big condemint bar. The building is nestled in the corner of the area with a small parking lot and a single lane drive thru for take out. The easiest way to park is to just find a spot to park and walk over to the entrance. Wonderful view out south part of dining area windows allow for watching the weather outside and the cars zooming by on K10 highway. Fast food, fast service, and a coke free style machine that can make almost any coke product imaginable. I will take some pictures and super short videos to show off this specific Wendy’s location attributes. If you enjoy Wendy’s, then this is a good place to stop and visit when you are in the Lenexa area.
