Spent $17.79. Large Frosty was $5.19 and not even filled to the top. What’s the point of having a dome lid? Double Cheeseburger burger meal $11.79 fries cold and soggy, burger was dry and cold. I went through the drive thru at 11am. Not sure why food would be cold and soggy. For the price I could’ve sat at a restaurant but I needed to get home. McDs wasnt on the way

I remember my first year running a business. We botched something for a customer and there was going to be a delay in filling the order. I remember offering him a free product as an apology. Something in the price range of $15-$25 on a $99 order. He wanted the $35 item. I remember saying “I cant do that.” The cost was much higher.
He was not happy. Not angry, not unreasonable, which is great. It kept everyone civil. But he said something I appreciated. He said I was making light of how little a difference I was valuing his business with us. After some thought, I deduced the same thing. Give this guy his $10 extra, and win his business. Obviously if he does it every time, that’s not a customer we want. But he didn’t, and it was a good decision.

Fast forward. Wendy’s is out of stock on something I paid for. This happened once before at Wendy’s in Olathe on Harrison, and they delivered big-time. They straight up offered me any substitution. It was great. But here today, I was told those special words. “I can’t do that.” I asked for a basic sub, not what I got last time. But that didn’t matter to the manager. At first he wasn’t going to do anything. Like it was my fault for ordering it and then he actually went to trying to suggest I was petty for asking for a sub on a fast food item he said was like $.50. (Maybe $1 everywhere online). Apparently it’s happening everywhere all the time because Wendy’s is cutting the meal and most customers don’t care because it’s so worthless.
I really didn’t want to argue over a fast food item. I took his best offer, which was a small refund for $1, which is probably fair, or close to it price wise. And I’m appreciative he did that, since at first I was just out of luck. Too bad I paid for it, like I’m the sucker. Lol.

However, I would like to pass this business wisdom on, because I don’t think I’ll be back here. And I frequent Wendy’s weekly. Who knows with time, but for now, no. Yeah, no, a $1 food item isn’t harming me or something. I am just more realizing that he thought I wasn’t worth the food item. So I’m just gonna quietly and kindly suggest a customer is worth more than a few bucks and go elsewhere. The food cost of anything I suggested is under $1 anyway. I ended up ordering another item too, to eat enough. So I guess he got me.

Store wasn’t as clean as in the past, and for some reason it was super slick and wet in the entryway. Almost like an oil or detergent was spilled. That’s not good. I mean, really, I almost fell on the way in.
Food was okay. Like normal. Just the service.

Why eat someplace you’re not worth a few bucks, when you can eat some place you are? That’s all. No worries. I wish the crew and manager the best.

Don’t go through the drive through without checking your order. I ordered a bacon atop, expecting a baconator with 6 stripe of bacon and 2 beef patties. I got a single baconator with one patty and one and a half strips of bacon not 3 as advertised. At least they charged me for a single baconator. Still I’m not happy getting cheated out of the missing bacon strips.

Food is good. Drive-thru staff often rude. I had one tell me that I could not get the combo meal in small. In a snotty voice: “It comes in medium!” despite me having bought it many times before. I said “Nevermind, then.” as I was not in the mood to argue. As I was driving away I heard a manager at the mike going…”Wait!”. I have been there since, but the service ia still poor. Laat week I asked for ketchup and got an eyeroll and 2 packets…for several people. I spent $50…without beverages. Again…food is good, but still my last choice for fast food due to service…and secondly price. I go maybe once or twice a year now…and frequent other places maybe once every weekend.

Place is clean. Cashier was not too fond of us being there, hostile. Order was wrong. We were charged for a #1 meal, but the cashier said we got a #4… Which none were true, we got the bacon, egg, and swiss sandwich. Of course the #1 costs more than either order.. If we couldn’t get a creamer for my wife’s coffee, after asking 2 times for it, I don’t think we’d be getting a refund here, unfortunately.

Food was good, service was poor.

Ordered four meals. Food was old and cold. Got a Coke and a Coke Zero. Neither were marked diet. They tasted different, but you couldn’t tell which was which. Neither tasted like Coke. Like, you could tell it was supposed to be Coke, but they didn’t taste like Coke or Coke Zero. Idk how to explain it. I won’t be going back. The drive-thru wasn’t busy. I’m not going to pay that much for fast food to not be fresh. The McDonald’s on Foster is always fresh and fast, and they always get my order right. It’s sad when McDonald’s does it better than Wendy’s.

I went to Wendy’s for breakfast, but the food tasted like it was expired a week ago. I’ve had the same breakfast many times before, but this time, it was as hard as cardboard. I don’t know if the good food is reserved for someone else, but my experience was bad.

Says they’re open until midnight, but they closed at 11. I had placed a mobile order to pickup before work just to find them closed. Disappointing, update your hours if you aren’t actually open that late!

Breakfast sandwiches were not made as ordered. Gal at window didn’t act like she knew what she was doing. We like Wendy’s but will never return to this location.

Fries are good Service is late they are busy with drive through not addressing people waiting inside.
Other than that good place to hangout to eat a burger and evenings are good because sun will hit you through windows which is so good.
