Just picked up lunch for my mom and myself. We live around the corner so we were shocked to see our food was barely warm. We ordered 2 big bacon combos for us via the drive through. The burger was saturated with mayo and ketchup so it wasn’t just cold but messy. The fries were hard and cold. It’s been a minute since we’ve eaten there, It will be much longer before I eat there again. Use to be a good place but not so much anymore.

I ordered a #8 chicken sandwich, almost half way into my sandwich it tasted dry. I started to dissect it and I found a piece of wax paper or some like it. I called Wendy’s and they couldn’t tell me what type of paper it was in sandwich only it came with the cheese. However they did apologized for it.

Never greeted me when I came in and I stood there for about 2-3 minutes before they ever helped me. No other customers in line. They’d rather texting and socializing before they will stop and help you. Last two times in I had to wait on them, they were to busy texting on their phone and socializing before they had helped me and give my food. You would think that they are the customer. Management never called. Try Chick-Fil-A next door. Or maybe a McDonald’s across the street.

$12 spicy chicken sandwich combo was not worth it. Chicken sandwich was tiny compared to what it used to be. Chicken was very low quality. Tough, and makes a popping sound in your mouth when chewing. Gross. Higher prices, lower quality.
