Food was great! The manager was full of energy and made sure everyone’s orders were correct, hot, and fresh. Even with a large birthday party before us our order was ready fairly quickly.

According to the general descriptions on them cooking the burgers when you order is a false advertisement. The only way you can get fresh cooked burger is to ask for one to be freshly cooked. They actually cook burgers ahead of time and kept in warmers.

I decided to venture out and try something I usually don’t. My order was placed at lunch time the line was not long, and orders were being completed in less than 2 mins. This should have been a sign. My order was hot, fresh, accurate, what I would describe as “commercial perfect” my chicken sandwich was fresh hot all condiments and toppings present bun was warm, soft and slightly toasted. My burger was fresh seasoned and perfectly placed on my sandwich not all jumbled up with half the bun on the sandwich like other burger shops. They say you get what you pay for but in this case it was way better.

This is the only Wendy’s I actually enjoy going to. The food is always fresh, hot, and made just right. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Unlike the Wendy’s on 78th, this location really takes pride in serving quality meals every time.

Staff are AMAZING! Its a breath of fresh air to come in. They are happy, provide the BEST service and genuinely care about your experience. If we could give more than 5 stars, we definitely would.

They mopped the dining room floor with dirty mop water, while we were eating. It made the floor all sticky and left muddy looking foot prints when you walked on it. Food was ok. Hubby said his chicken sandwich could have had a thicker piece of chicken. The asked us to take the survey and gave us free full sized desserts of our choice for filling it out. That was cool.

I am not much for Wendy’s that had not been to one in a long time the service was fine that had a Dave’s double combo was alright not really that big so far that the atmosphere is fine mostly clean not like what it was with the old looks and also going to a Wendy’s is once in awhile thing other the get a Pumpkin spice Frosty soon.
