Dining room is randomly closed in the middle of the day (4pm) because they “only has two people working”. Wouldn’t even let me in to throw away my trash (from them) and use the restroom. Just another business running on a skeleton crew because management/ownership is too cheap to staff it properly.

Pulled in for breakfast this morning, one of the better fast food places for breakfast. No cars in the lot at all so I thought they were possibly closed. Hit the drive thru and someone answered. Store manager is in there running everything by himself cause employees didn’t show up. Kudos to his commitment!

Went to get lunch today and I had to go in because my truck is over height for the drive thru, only to find the doors locked. No sign on the door, no employee coming to the door to ask if they could help…… nothing! This was 12:09pm why would the dining area be closed during normal business hours?

Cashier needed help to know how to use the app for purchase. She did give me a small water cup free because they had no $1 drink. It wasn’t busy at all and still had to choose the “cleanest” table we could as they were all dirty. One more employee to keep tables clean would help greatly!

Lobby closed 2 hours before posted time. Walk over from hotel after checking their hours and could place an order. Clerk was just wiping trays at count and said they were closed to walk in orders.

Beware, prices are much higher at the restaurant than what they are online for store location. Almost $10 for a value fry, 4 pc chicken nuggets and 2 – 99 cent chicken sandwiches. Should have been $4.
