Got a triple in the drive thru. I live a block away. When I got home, the burger was cold. I’m also a restaurant manager, so I stuck a thermometer in it. 90°. Seriously. The meat patties were overcooked and hard. Clear signs of being in the hot hold for way too long. To the Wendy’s restaurant manager: check your cameras. This was right at 10pm. If I don’t get a response from you, I will be taking this up with the franchise head, and the health department.

Awful customer service. Paying $30 for 2 meals and they won’t give you ANY sauce. Paying 50 cents for 1 ounce of sauce is ridiculous. I get paying for EXTRA sauce but that is just ridiculous. The guy on the speaker was a complete rude jerk. Wearing not his uniform and smelled of cigarettes at the window. Don’t go here. Paid 13 dollars for barely a chicken sandwich. Don’t eat here. I have many complaints abouts this place my husband and I have been coming here for about 7 months sometimes 3 days or nights a week the service has been ok the food fairly good lately the service has been horrible doesn’t matter if its day or night you have the guy in the drive thru worried about reading and the young lady handing you the food is not friendly at all very rude I think she might even be the manager. Today my husband and I (date) 1/7/26 we came in around 10 am went thru the drive thru order are food the lady that took are order was nice we got are food pulled over to eat and found MOLD on are #2 it was disgusting we took the sandwich back in and told the lady at the counter she gave us a go to hell look she checked the other croissants and half the bag was MOLDED the lady was the same lady that has been rude to us several times she didn’t apologize she didn’t offer anything my husband said I want my money back and again she gave us that go to hell look again. The same lady who I think might be the manager idk but she works days and nights just rude! I WILL NOT BE BACK! YOU NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT SOMEONE TO CHECK THE MOLDY BREAD AND NICER CUSTOMER SERVICE GET RID OF THE MEXCIAN GIRL SHE IS VERY RUDE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD. It never fails that my order is incorrect. I was literally just there (11/11 @ 6pm) and I tried paying with my card. They said my card was declined, so I paid with another one. However I drove to Walmart & was able to use it for a purchase more than what Wendy’s was. So your machine is wrong or it’s human error. I couldn’t get a receipt from Wendy’s bc the girl didnt know how to print it. Lastly, I get home & my BACON doublestack is missing the bacon. It’s ridiculous. I will not be going go this Wendy’s again & will drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in Lenexa.

Today, I stopped by Wendy’s craving a Combo #2, but when I checked my wallet, I realized I was a little short Luckily the cashier was super kind and suggested another option that fit my budget without sacrificing quality. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean the place was like way cleaner than any McDonald’s I’ve been to.
I went with a Baconator and it was an excellent choice. The beef was juicy, the bacon was crispy and the bun was soft, with the perfect balance of cheese and sauce. The fries were also well-cooked-not greasy like in other fast food places, a great experience both in terms of service and food.

Ordered a triple Baconator through the drive-in. Get home and no bacon but I’ve got lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion on it. Yuck! Also asked for mustard in place of ketchup. Wouldn’t you know, ketchup but no mustard. What the heck is this burger? Definitely not what I ordered. I paid the price for a triple Baconator though. Unfortunately I don’t have time to drive back for what I ordered. Do better, Wendy’s!

Wendy’s is always a great place to eat. This is a new restaurant building. Very clean. The fourth floor is gone now you have to do a biggie bag but they are a great deal. Always check the app there’s all kinds of specials and deals.

Walk up to the doors they are locked I tried to get the ladies attention inside she keeps on motioning me to go through the drive-thru I’m in a semi parked on the side of the road I can’t come through the drive-thru I keep on trying to get her attention she keeps Motion in for me to go through the drive-thru so I walked to the drive-thru window 2X she hasn’t came to the window I finally knock on the window and she comes to the window and asked what do I want I told her dining room opens at 8:00 I have a carryout order she tells me she’s not unlocking the front doors I’m the only one here I said well I have a carryout which I’m the only one there and she just made it so she knew it was a carryout but still gave me a complete hard time about it by this time it’s almost 8:20 I tell her I’m in a semi I can’t come through the drive-thru she opens the window and hands me my food after I gave her my name it was completely cold will never come back to this Wendy’s can’t believe they only got one person working at this Wendy’s on a major roadway in Olathe Kansas
