I ordered the baconator the hamburger meat wasn’t even warm but is what wouldn’t exactly cold but it wasn’t exactly warm either but anyway 62 years old tired of eating french fries. I used to drive us in my truck that’s why I’m tired of eating french fries for 38 years drove us in my truck and always even Wendy’s or McDonald’s so I’m glad Wendy has chili that you can substitute for fries anyway that’s all I have to say thank you.

The chilli is very good as are the fries. The burgers and chicken sandwiches I’ve had in the past are good and customizable.
The variety of drinks is a bonus–both regular and diet options.
The Frosties are always good – I had the chocolate.
The staff are friendly.
The wait time isn’t long.
It has some nice features helpful for conversation and people who use hearing aids: 1. Carpet, 2. Booths, 3 low volume music. What would make it better would be solid dividers– see picture of open panel in their dividers. Overall, 5 for atmosphere.
There’s plenty of parking.
The app worked this visit but I’ve had problems with availablity this summer.

Went thru drive thru. Attendant said wait a minute. While I was waiting 2 cars behind me left the line. Six minutes later he finally asks for my order. When I get to the window my order wasn’t correct and I gave it to him again. When I got the order home the Classic Chicken sandwiches did not have any dressing on them. It was like the order taker didn’t listen to me at all. This location has been going downhill.

I came in today to get a last meal for my dog as we are having to put her down due to health issues she is having. The manager heard and PAID for our entire meal. I did not catch his name as I was trying not to bawl like a baby. But this was the sweetest thing ever and I want the company to know this guy is a gem. He could have paid for her burger or thrown a treat for her or just said sorry. Thank you so much! Grover loved every bite.
