Super nice cashier! Fast and friendly! We order a Dave’s Single and a Classic, big of which we’re fresh and hot! The large fry, on they other hand, was room temp. at best, cold in spots, mostly brownish/black, soggy and limp. We threw them away, as we had gotten our food to go.

The three visits to this restaurant were amazing! And just an FYI, I was a chef for 19 years at a few fortune 500 restaurants. My wife and I visited for a late lunch , my wife has celiac’s/ server allergy to gluten/wheat. The two ladies at the front took the extra precautions for the allergy and was educating the employees that didn’t know the proper steps to take. They let the other employees know of the allergy and then went to wash their hands and put on new gloves and had another employee wash a tray for my wife’s food ,as she cleaned the area and prepared my wife’s food. We do know there is still a chance of cross contamination but the three times we have eaten there the employees have taken these precautions each and every time. And she hasn’t gotten sick. We just moved to the area and will return many times. Thanks so very much for caring and taking the time to be awesome as you all have been. You all are doing an amazing job. Thanks again

Ordered an Asiago chicken club sandwich, my favorite from Wendy’s. Received a tiny crispy chicken sandwich patty with a cold piece of cheese, half a tomato, and a stale bun. For $13. No discount for school bus drivers (most fast food places give drivers a significant discount, or even a free meal). Brought in part of a high school baseball team, only about a dozen boys. All of them said their food was crap. Service was terrible, lots of bad attitude, most of the boys had to clean the tables before they could sit down. Next time I’ll tell the coaches to take the boys somewhere else.

I was at this location while walking at 8:50pm on a Saturday night, although online and the signage on the door of the building says dine in hours close at 9pm the door was already locked denying me entry and the ability to get myself something to eat as I intended due to the fact I had not eaten anything that day. I’ve not worked in the food service industry in a few years however I’m very familiar with it as I have worked in food service most of my life, to my knowledge posted hours of operation must be honored. Management was obviously cutting corners by refusing entry during posted operating hours. I will be contacting and making a formal complaint to the corporate office about this situation as it is very poor business practice, worse customer service relations, and fails to meet common industry standards.
