When I went to Wendy’s with my 97 year old grandma Sheryl I got our hamburgers, unwrapped them and when I opened mine. It was a beautiful piece of art (picture down below) and she said it looked like something she cleaned the gutters with in the 1940s. It was delicious though!

I went through the drive-thru and had to wait 20 minutes for my food and not only did I have to wait 20 minutes but the attitude and the rudeness was off the chart. I could not believe the service was so awful and their food reflected that. If they’re not going to have good service, they won’t have good food. I wish these companies would get that in their head

Went and got a salad, kid meal, and meal for my partner. Opened the salad and found a bug in it. Fries were cold on the kids meal and regular meal. Bugs in food is a minor health code violation. And just out right gross. Picture or it didn’t happen vv. Do better Wendy’s

Every restaurant has its day, but this is TOTALLY unexceptionable! If I see another Wendy’s commercial promoting this GARBAGE I’ll more than likely give them up in Marshfield. THEY ARE NOT CONSISTENT. I’ve seen the owner there, once in awhile, who clearly needs to be on board 24/7. That’s when you get fresh good food. Without the “babysitting” COMPLETE DISASTER, and food poisoning in the making. To the owner, keep up or sell out. This isn’t food partner.

They hung up on me! I will be writing a long COMPLAINING about how this is one of the WORST fast food experiences I have had throughout the United States. I called them and asked them what the cost of chicken wings were and they couldn’t answer and then proceeded to hang up!

Had a quick lunch here while driving through. We were welcomed as soon as we entered by well groomed friendly employees. We received our order quickly & our special order items were correct ( rarely happens at fast food places ) It was clean and a nice atmosphere, & their AC definitely works. The restrooms were very clean & stocked. They were sure to also tell us goodbye & to have a nice day
