My family stopped for lunch between games during a tournament on July 1, 2023. The dine-in and drive-thru were both exceptionally busy but service time wasn’t very bad considering the volume. What really impressed us was the lady (I’m terrible about getting names but I wish that I had to give her proper credit) who came out after the rush slowed down to make sure that every single table was cared for. This is customer service at its best.

Running errands going to Bolivar so we grabbed food for breakfast at Wendy’s in lebanon MO town drive thru. So my husband ordered his usual fave..triple baconator burger and mine was Ghost pepper chicken sandwich and extra salt for the fries. when we got our order were happy never bother checking the bag coz we always got our orders right. But this morning after we left we parked somewhere to eat 1st.. then noticed my husband did not get what he ordered.. theres no extra salt…no straws given to us. So we went back to the store hoping to get straw doesnt matter the WRONG burger but the drive thru were fully packed .. and so we left dissapointed with the service. I guess well make it a habbit to bring our own straw. Or check our orders before leaving or maybe never buy from Wendy’s anymore.

Almost every time I go there I have an issue. I get the SAME thing every time and I’m specific and nice at that. Today I got cheese fries with cheese on the side because normally when I order extra cheese they don’t even put it on there. But I got home and I had like barely anything on my fries and my extra cheese was all spilled out into the bag because they couldn’t take the two seconds to put a lid on it. I literally am so tired of them being so lazy for the smallest things.

Yesterday my friend and I visited Wendy’s and the experience was an one hundred and eighty degree turn from my original post. Our experience during ordering was very pleasant, and our food was hot and fast. Well done to whoever made these changes.

Stay away from their cookies unless you see them first. These cookies are unacceptable for any place. I didn’t look at them till I got home so I’m not going back out to exchange them. Their other food is made well, but the cookies are terrible.
