Inspiration For The Modern Age
After waiting over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, we finally placed our order. Once we got our food and headed back out on the road, traffic was extremely busy in Lebanon answers about 10 minutes before we could open up our bag and get out the food that we ordered. With Wendy’s promoting their quality and how they are better than other fast food places, we expected no issues; however, what we found was not what we ordered. When we called back we spoke with one of the managers named melissa, and instead of accepting that one of her employees messed up our order, she continued for the next several minutes making excuses for why it was understandable that the order was messed up. Instead of trying to apologize and find a solution for their failure to correct the situation, she proceeded to argue and try to convince me that it was okay that the order was messed up.
When I asked her what she was going to do to correct the situation her solution was “well I’ll just mail you a coupon and that’s all I can do since you’re refusing and come back.”
I explained to her that I would like to just come in another day such as tomorrow and receive my correct order, and Melissa “the manager” only managed to say well you either come back or I know you a coupon that’s all I will do to fix the situation.
Her confrontational attitude and list of excuses at the end of the conversation made me wonder why I didn’t just go next door to McDonald’s, which I hear has great customer service and not only does McDonald’s provide you with good food, friendly faces, but they are also willing to do what it takes to make sure that you get what you ordered and that the order is correct before it gets to you.

So, Melissa “the manager” maybe should ask Wendy’s what quality service looks like.

Update: We called later in the day, spoke with a different manager, Madison, and she promptly apologized for the mistake. She made no excuses, and said whenever we could come by she would remake our order correctly. So we went back to Wendy’s and got the correct order and they’re now a satisfied customer.

I love the Jr Bacon cheeseburger and right now they have a combo value meal with 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, fries and drink for $8.00.
All of the food receipts have a QR code on them, so you can scan the code, fill out the survey questions and it will give you a 5 digit number to write on the receipt and that gives you $2.00 off any combo meal

We went through the drive through and asked for ranch at the window. We were told it was $0.54 per sauce. I wouldnt have a problem with this normally but when we started eating we realized they hadnt given us any of the sauces that were supposed to come with our order.

On top of that when i went inside to get the sauces they didnt give us, the employee had to get a manager to give me my sauces. The employees here are just completely incompetent.

Bring back fresh brewed iced tea. Gold Peak from the soda fountain leaves a lingering chemical aftertaste — it’s honestly undrinkable.

That no one thought customers in the drive-thru should be told about the change is poor customer service. When I called and asked what happened to the iced tea the response was – “too many people order tea and we don’t have time to tell everyone” – that’s ridiculous. If you have time to take my money – you have time to tell me that you are no longer serving fresh brewed tea.

Almost every time I go there I have an issue. I get the SAME thing every time and I’m specific and nice at that. Today I got cheese fries with cheese on the side because normally when I order extra cheese they don’t even put it on there. But I got home and I had like barely anything on my fries and my extra cheese was all spilled out into the bag because they couldn’t take the two seconds to put a lid on it. I literally am so tired of them being so lazy for the smallest things.

My fiance went to grab us dinner while I was working, I ordered a baked potato w/ extra chives. Of course she had to double check and they weren’t there(shocker) when she asked for the extra chives that I ordered they gave her a tiny cup of dehydrated chives I had to REHYDRATE before I ate them. Whole place is a bunch of Quacks

Traveling and got a serious muscle cramp, into this Wendy’s, ordered a number one and ask for some pickle juice for the cramp. The manager Melissa got me a cup. Most places wouldn’t entertain such a request but these folks stepped up. And the food was awesome to.
