The staff was really friendly and helpful. That I liked. The food. Well. Probably not so good. Fries were old and not hot. Burger tasted like a sponge. Nuggets were old and cold.

But. The staff was good. And the sprite was good. So five stars !
Not your fault you have to cook what ya have and let it sit there and get cold.

I don’t like to beat down a business but this was not a great experience. The first thing we did when we came in was visit the restrooms. The mens restroom was out of paper towels, the toilet paper was not in the holder but just a roll laying in the baby changing station, the floor was slick/slimy and the music was so loud I’m there that it felt as though you were at a concert.
The dining room was basically empty but there really wasn’t a clean table to be found. I went to the coke free-style machine and half the drink options were unavailable. The ketchup dispenser was empty. Then when the food came the fries and Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger were cold. It’s 11:45 and you don’t have fresh hot food? Pretty sad visit.
Hailey working the front counter was very friendly and understanding and did everything she could to fix our food issues. That being said, the next time I pass through the area I will try a different place to eat.

Ever since this place reopened they have been terrible. More than half my orders have been messed up and the staff are generally rude. I’m more shocked when I get a nice employee. It’s almost funny that they’re already functioning this poorly.

I don’t normally eat fast food anymore. Too expensive and the quality has deterorated significantly but occasionally I get Wendy’s spicy chicken meal at home in KC and it’s fairly good. Traveling to St. Louis I stopped in Columbia and got the same thing. Except the chicken breast looked like it had been cut in half, then cooked. It was thin, dry and lacking flavor except the spice. Fríes were dark brown, limp and barely warm. Dr Pepper was so watered down it was hard to tell what it was. And I paid almost $11 for it. What a disservice. Staff was nice though.

Never come here at night. Guy on drive thru mumbled so quietly we could barely hear him which was confirmed when we spoke to him at the window. He is also a horrible listener and only took half out order so only one of us got dinner. He brought out half the order and spit on the ground before handing us out food which was disgusting, with a traffic jam forming behind us making it to much of a hassle to bother trying again. Never have these issues with day shift but we’ll be avoiding this one at night for a while.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH. They are not capable of getting orders right. We were missing food. Also several items were cold. Not super friendly either. You best bet is to avoid the drive though these days.

Extremely disappointed with this location this evening. My wife and I visited for dinner at about 8 o’clock and went in since the drive thru seemed to be backed up. After waiting for a few minutes at the counter (the lobby was empty), someone finally approached the counter to take our order. I didn’t get his name as there was no name tag or receipt given. A special order drink had to be remade as we specifically asked for no ice. Upon receiving our bag, I asked about the chili and he looked at me like I was a fool and said he didn’t know I ordered it. I reminded him we had just placed our order less than five minutes before and we were the only people inside. He went to the kitchen, returning with a bowl of chili that I literally had to wipe clean the outside of it before placing it in our bag. He seemed peeved when I asked for a spoon. He then sharply asked if I wanted crackers and I politely declined to which his response was sharp to say, “That’s good, cause we don’t have any anyway.” Upon returning home, we ate dinner to discover the tomatoes on our sandwiches were not very fresh and the chili was extremely overcooked with only one piece of meat. Most likely, I will not return to this location even if it is closest to my home.

Waited for a response at the drive thru windows for 5 minutes, finally drove around to the windows to get attitude from the employee. Do NOT come here unless you want to be treated poorly.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had! I asked for a biggie size. I got medium my french fries were cold. I ordered an ice cream and got no spoon.

While Sitting at the drive thru as a worker told us to hold on over the intercom and then proceeded to shut the store down after telling us to hold on at the drive thru intercom on Christmas eve while we are doing a doordash order completely unprofessional service
