Mentally ill person working at the window. Taken Sep 1, 2023. Service was slow and lackluster. Burger was leathery and slightly rancid smelling. Looks nice on the outside but not so great once you get to know it.

Went here about a month ago. Order not correct. Thought I’d give them a try again this morning after having about a 50% success rate of getting the correct food since this store has opened. Receipt was correct. Food, once again, is completely wrong. Bacon, egg and cheese ordered, sausage, egg and cheese in bags. I get it, it’s fast food, service is never the best. I also worked in food for quite a few years. People need to lose their jobs. Part of working in the service industry is providing good service, which seems to be in short supply at this store.

Very rude manager that threatened me with being towed for parking in the “wrong” spot even as a customer. Dining room not open til 9am. He just stood out there like the (empty) parking lot attendant. No one was there.

Traneta was rude at the order window. The service was terrible! No one was ordering inside, employees were standing around, I had to repeat my drink order at the pickup window and it took over 10 min from paying to getting my food. The order behind me was a 2 person order and they were handed their food through the pay window before I was handed my single person meal. How do you get two meals ready and hand it out the pay window before you get a single meal ready and handed out the correct window? The teenagers in the car behind me decided to honk for me to move then drove recklessly out of the parking lot because I hadn’t received my order yet. Due to the bad employees and bad customers I’m not coming back to the store again. Try Jimmy john’s, G&D, or Los Jalapenos. All are excellent restaurants with excellent service and have provided better meals at a similar cost in less time.

Just visited this Wendy’s for the first time tonight 4/15/23 a little after 8pm and the order board was not on.. neither were any of the outside lights. It looked pretty freaking shady. I ordered online through the app because it was closest to my house so I went ahead and placed my order. I told the employee at the drive thru window who acted like she had no idea what I was saying. Food was decent but don’t think I’ll ever go back at night.

This location has been here for almost a year, and I keep thinking with every passing month that the service will get better. Every time I visit, I am more disappointed than the last time I was there. Just clearly a management issue. They never have food ready, the workers certainly don’t seem too concerned about making people wait for 7-8 minutes in the drive-through. But they have plenty of time to stand around and talk to each other.

i suggest you do not eat here! i have tried this place multiple times hoping thing get better. the worker could care less about your satisfaction. on 2 occasions i have received under cooked food. just this morning i order a breakfast baconator meal the food was cold the bacon under cooked, and the sandwich was smeared with butter. when i went back to the store for a refund, which i never do, not even an apology and they didn’t refund all of my money! if you want to risk your life and health then eat at this place. honestly i had a lot of hope for this place. now i’d rather see it shut down. it’s the worst

Now, the Wendy’s of old- like me-too, was an establishment of the salad bar heaven kind. That has since gone away – you can still enjoy a pre-made salad, though it is not the same. Window service: good- a please, and thank you might go a long way when a mistake has occurred. Pickup window: special orders take awhile – that is okay. Again, a thank-you helps here as well.

They are super slow. I have been stuck in drive thru multiple times for 15-20 minutes and there were maybe 2-3 cars in front of me. It should not take that long. Food is good and no complaints there.

Awful! The food was tasting alright untilll I bit into a hair that was definitely not mine. They didnt put the bacon on my chicken blt either. And ontop of that they took forever and I was the only one in line. Very very disappointing.
