Great customer service and service was fast. Downside the food here is lukewarm and has one of those modern touch screen soda machines in which if anybody knows anything about them, their kinda gross. I dont even wanna think about the ice machine.

Me and my work associates Went in like 6 or 7 minutes before closing to get a sweet treat (aka frosty) before heading home from a long day of hard work. Proceeded to be cussed at and neglected. They stared at us and didn’t take our order and proceeded to talk to themselves saying we close in 8 minutes (it was actually 6 or 7 minutes) and rolling their eyes at us. NEVER got our frosties. Right after we evicted the inside premises they turned the light off when they didn’t close for another 6 or 7 minutes. Not very cool employees, MAY need to be terminated.

This is the good Wendy’s by the mall. Guaranteed hot fries too. Used the app and got 4 bucks off. I think they’ve only got my order wrong twice, they fix it with no problem.

Food is good, I recommend it. It’s expensive. However all fast food is getting expensive these days. So I can’t really deduct points for that. I had a breakfast baconator the last time I went. That Wendy’s specifically though. Has good quality good for a somewhat decent price

Can’t really complain. Good food! Normally get a large baconator combo or son of a baconator combo. The fries are the best in my opinion at least better than McDonald’s. Sometimes they give me a medium fry instead of large but its okay, dont say anything about it

The employees are always so nice, my order has maybe been wrong once in years, and I love the comfortable and cold dining area. Not to mention they’re open late enough for me to get food after work. Definitely come here, in a rush or relaxing they service you well.

Employees rude and they refuse to serve because it’s 30 mins till closing. Also if you use the app and they can’t fulfill your order they keep your money. Thanks for nothing.

It was pleasant to eat here today. No random voices yelling customers names. WILLIAM made it a pleasant visit. He kept the same tone from taking orders to telling them their order was ready in a busy environment. I stopped before leaving to tell him he made it a pleasant visit. When I asked for his name, he thought he was in trouble for something. Thank you WILLIAM!!

So apparently now the “baconantor” is a simple cheeseburger with little bacon! $12+ for what should of been $7 tops! Sad the WENDY’S is now equal to McDonald’s below subpar quality and value.
