Ordered coffee in the app. Got to drive in and told no coffee. I said, I already paid for it, she said, we’ll have to make it, if we make it now the rest will waste. I said, but I paid for it. She slammed the window. Made my coffee. Scared she spit in it. RUDE!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! LAZY STAFF! DIRTY!!

The food was pretty good but inventory was lacking. We got Cobb salad, baked potatoes, chicken nuggets and a burger. They were out of ranch dressing for salad so they gave us cesar dressing and ranch dip, croutons, sweet and sour for nuggets, and salt were all out of stock too and that was just for our order. The food tasted very fresh though and I feel like they were really trying.

Our fries were old and re heated. The employees attitude was terrible. We also specifically told her how we wanted my burger twice and it was still made incorrectly.

10/12/25 just left there heading out of town. My cheeseburger was cold! Hamburger bun was cold! Fries were cold had to throw everything out was not edible.
Did not want to turn around on the interstate to go back. Very disappointed ☹️. Will not stop there again..

Never a good experience when you allow bad employees to get away with abuse of authority because that’s all there working on because there angry.The very franchise is absolutely damaged from every interaction & they can care less is how areas get worse because the negative interactions are allowed & clearly unbeknownst to the owner or can clearly care less I won’t be coming back & without a shadow of a doubt is an exceptable loss people would do far better in life to avoid this location.

I had a good experience at this location. The restaurant was clean and I received quick service.
However, the main reason for this review is because of the front counter employee named Elias. He was so friendly, genuine, patient, and understanding. More importantly, I was just impressed with his interactions with others, including myself and his top-notch customer service.

Fries were old and cold. Made a special order Dave double asked for extra didnt get X mustard X onion and nothing else. I hate mayonnaise ketchup pickles lettuce tomatoes all of which they pick on my burger and that burger was over cooker and dry should have been put in the chillies meat. Use to be really good there but has been getting worst overtime we go through which is once so twice a week. But isn’t like I can turn semi around and have them fix it. Very upsetting

The food is okay for fast food, but the customer service is subpar. A couple are friendly but the vass majority of staff is a bit rude and unsociable. Perhaps put a smiling face at the counter vs someone who doesn’t care to be there
