Most employees were very standoffish and didn’t really speak more than required to customers or each other. If I was a manager here I would start fixing this issue. I have never seen so employees stand around not resolving their issues and expecting others to read their minds.
My order was wrong two times and I had to read the receipt to them to get it across what was missing.
This is a beautiful location. Like new in and out and nicely designed.
Our food as we got it was alright overall. Nicely put together and could have been warmer but every order ahead of mine literally was problematic also.

Stay clear of this, Wendy’s!
The bun on the burger was stale. Hard as a rock around one edge. Had to remove it and just eat the meat.
Was not given crackers or a spoon to eat the chili!
The “new” saucey nuggets had very little sauce on them and rang true of poor chicken quality!
And no straw for the coke!
The girl who took our order (drive thru) does not like her job and does not want to be there.
Poor customer service!

MJ seemed so standoffish like they don’t know what to do. Was behind a couple who works for Wendy’s I guess since they had their shirts on and they’re reaching over the counter to get sauces for the frosty’s. I had a mobile order and was standing there for a good minute before anything. They finished a frosty and they just filled it back up again. The whole time I’m thinking to myself “just cause you work there doesn’t mean you can do what ever you want when off the clock”

The food was just thrown together we told the lady no ranch she gave us ranch anyways we told her no ketchup on the burgers she did it anyways. And the customer service should be much better.

I was part of at least three unrelated incorrect orders. The thing is, the problem should be easy to fix with proper management oversight and generally concentrating more on getting the order right than getting it fast. I know you can do it!

So went in to get some food, and it’s one of those places that tried to cut out the middle man and have ordering kiosks instead of talking to someone. And of course the credit card machine was not working, and no one would help. Guess I’ll go up the street to Culver’s

I’ve only been here a few times in the last several months, but why does EVERYTHING taste like it’s been coated in salt? The fries and even the burgers are extremely salty and I end up throwing my food away every time. The first couple times I want I chalked it up to “maybe the cook is new” or maybe the people cooking love an overpowering taste of salt and think everyone else does too. But after the 3rd experience being no different I definitely won’t try again.
