Good first experience with a Wendy’s breakfast. Food was hot and fresh. Came out in a timely manner. Employee checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Nice pit stop on our way back home. Would love to eat here again!

Ordered online and to pickup in store. 12 mins after ordering, I got to the store and they didnt even have my order despite the app saying they got it and I can go pickup. I also ordered with the offer of free 6 piece nuggets with purchase of another item. I ordered a combo that includes fries and nuggets but didn’t check the bag til I got home and noticed I didn’t receive the free nuggets as ordered on the app. Will try and get corporate to reinstate that offer on my app as I didnt get it.

Wendys is one of the better fast food places. The food is decent the burgers are 100% better than McDonald’s they are charbroiled and the chicken nuggets are better also they taste more like chicken than McDonald’s nuggets. Service was ok not bad and drive thru went faster than most.

Man that kitchen area was disgusting fries from the previous night all on the floor, gray water on the floor I watched this lady stocking the chilli cups drop them on the floor and just left them there. The service was good but man they need to clean up if I did not order my food online I would not have eat there.

this store specifically makes wendys look bad as a whole. wendys do a lot of advertising quality and freshness but literally not one time that ive been to this place my order has been fresh or what i asked for. it got to the point my family & i would drive to the one in grandview. its really annoying. i get the location and everything but this is peoples hard earn money they bring to this place and yall get paid to do yall job daily its so simple smh

Employee didn’t listen to my order and got it wrong, ( after I reminded them twice when I placed the order). They then proceeded to argue loudly about what I had “actually” ordered. Went in the back to talk to the cook, and I could hear them continuing to trash-talk me.
It took too long to get my order the first time, and they made zero effort to expedite the replacement order. The “large” order of fries is about half the size it used to be, and the diet coke tasted absolutely vile.
Needless to say, that was my last visit to Wendy’s, ever.

I think out of all the workers only one knew what he was doing and was stressed by the coworkers slack. I think this place could be really great with better management. The manager started making the same order that I’ve been waiting on for 20minutes. Only for it not to be mine. Keep in mind I started in the drive through and decided to walk in because I didn’t want them forgetting about me once they told me to park. The staff was somewhat friendly but the manager slid the bag on the counter to me after I said have a good night in a friendly voice. With zero response it was too easy to make a review.

Went to the Bannister KCMO location and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Paid for a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, NO BURGER ON THE SANDWICH! See Picture!!! AND paid for 5, 6 pieces nuggets, BUT got 2, 4 piece and 3, 5 piece nuggets!

No Idea why Wendy’s would have such a toxic employee working drive thur. according to this employee she stated that Wendy’s does not give cream or sugar with the coffee. The sack of food was tossed at me. It seems like everything was an inconvenience to her. Won’t be back. Wendy’s should really think twice about whom they choose to be that face of their company.
