This Wendy’s is sticky- the floor, the counter, the tables. They are always out of napkins or straws or ketchup at the fountain. The food is usually at or slightly below average fast food. Any zero sugar soda with cherry or vanilla always tastes bitter.
That being said, the service is always good to great, the wait time is acceptable, and you can’t beat $6 for a bag of close to average fast food.

I was just there and I have no problem waiting to order it was clear they were short staffed but when I finally do get to order and drive up to get my food I was greet by a very unpleasant lady at the window my drink was wrong and when I said something she acted as if it was a problem then I get my food and my fries are cold so I said something and she snatched them from my hand very aggressively. My experience today was very poor service was I ordered a chili? I asked for extra crackers and chili seasoning and she forgot to give me a spoon and a straw and I was at the window. I went here late Halloween night (late 11ish), and I absolutely know they had been dealing with utter shenanigans from unruly patrons in the drive-through (i.e., people on foot behind me, and some kind of packed club in the shared parking lot), but my gosh, the lady who took care of me was just absolutely wonderful. Give all of those people working that night a raise!

No idea how this is a regular spicy chicken sandwich no 6. There is mustard pickles, onions etc. Went back 3x for the incorrect order. I have to imagine the staff was pranking me based on the interaction. That, or they are kids that just do not care about the restaurants reputation. Plain means nothing on the sandwich. When you order a modified sandwich first, your second meal is the same sandwich and you ask for everything that comes with the sandwich to be made regular, that does not mean add every ingredient you can find in the restaurant to the sandwich. Paid for the same sanwich 2x for it to be incorrect. If there is a manager reading I would love to receive my money back for my $50+ dollar order to not feed my family. You’ll find 2 receipts on the same card within 30 mins (yes, I waited for 30 mins in the drive thru with 1 car behind me and 6 employees standing).Seems like service is getting worse and worse. The staff seemed unaffected asked if i wanted to talk to a manger and I said sure or just the correct sandwich and he just walked away. Instead of confrontation I decided to go back through the drive through reorder and pay for the sandwich again to get 1 of 3 ordered correct. Kids with food allergies, should not go here.

I guess staffing has become an issue, tonight stopped to get a Biggie bag to take to my husband in the hospital and waited 10-15 with 3 cars in front of me and once I got to the window and paid at the second window the cell phone was the priority the whole time I was there. The guy had to do everything while his co worker was comfortable in front of the customers on the phone THE WHOLE TIME. Wow

I came on 11/11 @ 7am and whoever is working is horrible. They answer the speaker i said give me a moment. Then she ignored me when I said I was ready. So I bagged up and pull back up to the speaker. She answered and I gave her my order then she ignored me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE DRIVE THRU. I left without getting food cause the service was so horrible!

I was treated extremely rudely by staff. I pulled up to the drive through window around 1pm on 06-26-25. I asked for a number 3, with a large Dr. Pepper. Staff immediately tells me they don’t have Dr. Pepper they only carry coke products. Now as you can see in the photo it advertises they carry Dr. Pepper. I question myself for a brief moment wondering if I’m having a brain aneurysm before asking for a Sprite. She agrees. Puts me down for a number 6 ( I asked for a number 3) and barks a total at me. I’m like, I actually asked for a number 3. She puts me down for a medium and shuffles me through to the window. She was not polite, was a horrible listener, and ruined this pregnant paying costumers lunch break. Thanks for being awesome Wendy’s. You did me the worst. I won’t be back.
