I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but after the third experience in a row, I’m done.
The last three times I’ve gone through the drive-thru with a large mobile order (over $40 each time), they’ve told me they were out of potatoes. Once? Fine. Twice? Annoying. Three times in a row? That’s a management issue.
We agreed to a substitution, but the staff continued making rude comments and had a bad attitude the entire time. It made an already frustrating situation worse. We finally asked them to just refund the entire order, and then had to sit there for over 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to process it.
Customer service was extremely poor, and when we asked for management contact information, they refused to provide it.
This location seriously needs better management and staff training. I understand being short-staffed or having supply issues, but rudeness and unprofessional behavior are not acceptable.

Completed mobile order before leaving the house, still waited 10 minutes at the restaurant before the meal was ready and made me late for work. Fries were cold, they forgot to put the sauce for chicken nuggets in the bag.

I recently visited this Wendy’s and had a positive experience. The service was exceptional, the staff was friendly and attentive. My meal was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I left satisfied and would recommend this location for a quick and enjoyable dining experience.

It’s getting a 4 start only cause it’s in a ruff area OTHERWISE they were quick, the food was great! The best spicy chicken I have had from a Wendy’s in YEARS!! The staff was polite, professional but friendly. It’s my go to Wendy’s from now on.

This location seriously deserves-0 stars. I went to this location this morning to pick up a delivery order and will never return. The rudeness and unsanitary conditions are disgusting the older lady with longer dirty hair was preparing food without a hairnet and the talk guy was preparing food without gloves I watched him pickup the breakfast potatoes without gloves and was making a burrito. Absolutely sickening. I did also take photos of the two. I also contacted the corporate office as well as the health department.

On February 16th, 2026, 8:00 pm, at 4201 n Carrington, KC MO. 64117, The manager on shift, who was on the grill, was smoking outside and did not wash his hands before returning to work. This needs to be addressed immediately.!!!

I am only giving 4 stars because it too a bit this morning, but staff was great! I will say that the wait was well worth the wait. I have stopped there several times for breakfast, but today was eggceptional!!! I think people overlook Wendy’s for breakfast and especially the breakfast burrito. It is so darn good and the potatoes just rock! Way to go!!!

Where’s the beef!? Service sucked, was just after noon Saturday. 1 management stacking sandwiches and 1 person at drive thru passing out bags. 1 person cleaning lobby and restocking cups, cleaning checking on customers, doing a great job. But 3 or 4 young kids standing around in the kitchen and behind counter looking at girls. 8 to 10 people waiting in line to get order put in. I had to interrupt management to ask for someone to take order, after several customers left, tired of waiting. Fire the kids that don’t work and quit hiring every warm body that applies. Be sure to tell them why they were fired and fight unemployment. Only way to teach work ethic to some people.
