I went to pick up a mobile order I placed at 6:35 and got there in about 2 mins cause I was close by. People were nice and I thought everything was fine until I took a sip of my frosty chino…. I got home and strained my drink and yeah…. Nasty I have no clue what the brown bits are but it’s food of some sort.

My Fiancé and myself had the Ghost pepper spicy chicken sandwich. It was very tasty. Not as hot as I thought it was going to be, tolerable to enjoy it. STRAWBERRY LEMONADE was great. Fast food is now priced as $$. Not in- expensive anymore. SERVICE was good. I enjoyed my visit.

So I don’t normally practice putting bad reviews out there… But when I’m asked by certain people to do reviews of certain restaurants, I go ahead and do . I went to Wendy’s today and got 2 single burgers with no cheese. No tomatoes, no ketchup. Extra onions. That’s it. Paid for it in the drive-thru lane and left. Checked my order yes tomatoes, and barely any onions. No mayonnaise, no mustard… And they went ahead and threw cheese on there just cuz I asked specifically not to get that too.. I’m super allergic… Not a big deal so I got out of my vehicle. Went in and asked for my order to be redone… After 10 minutes of standing in line the gentleman brought up my burger gave me the burger. I looked in the bag and there’s only one burger. He said he was very sorry about that and the manager went back and helped him make the second sandwich. She threw an extra fry in there for me which I did not ask for cuz I do not eat french fries and told me she was sorry and I left again. I went out to my vehicle, checked the order. Both burgers were completely different and completely wrong again. Now my drive-thru of 5 minutes is turned into a 35 minute ordeal. I return back to the restaurant and ask for my money back. The lady that’s the manager telling me that she is the trainer for Wendy’s decided to go south on me and become very belligerent.. All I ask for was my money back after trying to purchase food two times in both of my orders being incorrect. She went ahead and called the manager from the back to oversee the situation.. he would seem like very nice older gentleman and was put in a very bad position and his words.. The only bad position he was put in is they had hired a training manager that cannot control the restaurant or her employees that she is training and is in no way capable and or responsible enough to be in that position… that continue to do the wrong thing and when you ask them to fix the situation they turn it back around on you and say that you’re the one that’s out of control.. unfortunately for her she did not come into my restaurant and ask me for food because I would have made sure that the service was completely different and she would have walked out with a smile on her face even if my business had messed up her order two or three times… Apparently she has never worked in the real restaurant industry, real restaurant, and has no clue on what it’s like to take care of people and customers. On that note, I will never return to Wendy’s again. I feel very bad for the owners and the people that work there. They have no clue. No guidance and it’s a very sad situation. I would definitely 100% not recommend going to Wendy’s on the corner of state line and 79th Street ever… I personally cannot believe after being in the restaurant industry that a corporation and or company like Wendy’s would hire somebody so unprofessional too train their employees… I would love to speak to the owner or the upper management about my experience and I could go into greater detail about it and explain to them how in a few quick steps they could avoid the situation ever again

I got regular nuggets and a frosty. I wanted a chocolate frosty but all they had was strawberry. It was really good tho! The employee who took my order had a great attitude and was singing to a Taylor Swift song on the radio. I loved it.

We received coupons for Wendy’s from valuepack. Went to the store on state line road just south of 79th street. Friday at 6 I expect it to be busy. 1 car in the driveway but I went inside cause I had ?’s On how to use the coupons. Manager lady helped me figure it out, she was super but it was apparent her staff was difficult. Floor needed mopping and was a bit dingy. More importantly when we got home to eat our food it was awful. The junior bacon cheeseburger was dry. The baconater didn’t taste fresh either. Baconater fries are just awful as well. Certainly not up to the standard we have found at other locations like Main st at 31 st street or rainbow by KU Med. Wasted money and time.

Got three frosties and a spicy nugget. While sitting in line two ladies were in a shouting match infront of the line. Took longer than I thought. The frosties were over poured and dripping down the side when handed to me. In the bag were my nuggets, two spoons and no napkins. Asked for napkins and got 2. Got to find a better Wendy’s to go to.

The food was good but bun was a little soggy because of how the tomatoes were put on the sandwich but I would still give them my business cause it’s always hot fresh upon order plus the employees tries to keep a smile and the location stays clean.

Doors closed during business hours (lunchtime), so I called… As other parties came to the door then walked away, I managed to reach them on the phone, and was told that the dining area wasn’t opened due to short staffing, and “that’s just the way the cookie crumbles”. So, the way the “cookie crumbled” was that I just went to one of the several competitors located close by. I’ll give them a year, and then try back.

Multiple, hateful workers yelling at me through the speaker while trying to place my order. At the window I was told to pull forward so they can reset the clock, as the only customer in line I refused, and was told by the manager if I don’t pull forward I won’t be served there anymore ..haha fine with me
