Ordered an 8 dollar burger that was supposed to have mayonnaise on it but didn’t come with it. It did not so I just walked up and asked for a mayo packet or a side then was told they don’t have mayo…. really? 8 dollars for a burger and have to eat it completely dry? Bad experience and food

This Wendy’s is the closest fast food to my office and every few months or so I make the mistake of giving them another chance. Today I ordered online, thinking surely it’ll be ready for me when I arrive. Nope. All in all it took 26 minutes to receive a cold double stack burger and 6 pc nuggets. I’ve never had a good experience at this location.

Even if you’re starving, you’d be able to find food faster than they can serve you. If you can, go anywhere else but here. If you can’t, just starve til you can get home. Food is okay, can’t really mess up fried food.

Rude drive thru guy. My daughter was driving, it was hot, so she handed him my card and rolled up the window while he completed the transaction and he yelled “TF! Don’t close your window and I’m trying to give you something!” He smiled as if he was joking, but it wasn’t professional so we won’t be going back for a while.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. My order was completely wrong. Ordered 2 large fries and got breakfast potatoes. Ordered a hamburger kids meal with a chocolate frosty and ended up with a bowl of lettuce with a very old and cold piece of meat along with lettuce, tomato onion’s and pickles when it should have been just ketchup. The frosty was strawberry instead of chocolate. Oh and the large Coke Zero was just a water. This I’d not the first time either. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. If this is a corporate owned store, someone should definitely say something. Management needs to be fired along with the entire crew. Clean that place from top to bottom and start fresh!!!!!

Seriously don’t waste your time going here. I gave them three chances because I work in food service and i understand, but this is just plain disrespectful. First time they said they were out of everything except nuggets and fries. They gave me a cold “ten” piece with seven nuggets in it and no sauce despite telling me it was in there. Second time I ordered a salad and it came with no meat, no dressing, and looked like it had been hulk smashed. Third time no one came to take my order despite waiting for 5 minutes so I left. If you want to get cold, smashed food while being disrespected then this is the place for you!

I’m not even from the state of Kansas I had to get off the highway to give me and my kids something to eat as I pulled up to the drive-through. I was trying to get my orders together. No one even greeted me so I thought I had time then the worker came over the intercom very calmly and say to me are you ready to order? I didn’t told her that I was looking at the menu. She didn’t reply, and said that I should’ve greeted her when I pulled up because she had been standing there the whole time waiting for me to order but mind you she never greeted me. I did asked her if she wanted me to go to another establishment since I was bothering her, she didn’t reply. She did not care what I did for this to be a business. Her customer service was very rude and disrespectful because when I worked in fast food when we heard the dean go while we were supposed to greet the customer and if we had to stand and wait on the customer, we never made them feel as if they was wasting my time , is it Wendy’s paying this person to take my order and to treat me with respect !!! Do not eat here !!!

When you have 30 minutes for lunch and you go through the drive-through for quicker service and you’re given the wrong order you take it back thinking I’ll get my right order but the line is so long inside and outside that you just say forget it you gave me the wrong food what I ordered just pay it forward to somebody else I don’t have time to wait come on people Customer accuracy check the food before submitting through the window. Simple.
