It used to be a friendly place. well, not anymore. they are rude( specially the manager ) to the elderly customers. Rolling their eyes and huffing because the elderly needed some time to order. I witnessed how the elderly were treated and I was appalled.

This Wendy’s was great, got food was hot super fast, the people were exceptionally nice. Trust me, other fast food places in Warrensburg don’t say even hi , much less smile at you as they give your food. The manager even came over to say hey and hand me my drinks. This guy had gigantic hands. He handed me two large drinks with one hand, pretty impressive as I had never seen that before. This was my first visit to this Wendy’s but I will definitely be back.

This is the best wendys! There food is always great! The redesign is beautiful inside and out. They did an awesome job! The staff is always friendly and they give military discount which I always forget to ask for. There was one time they forgot our chicken nuggets, and management called to apologize. They sent us a free meal card in the mail immediately. It’s definitely one of the best chain restaurants in warrensburg. They stand out from the rest!

If you want wendys for lunch, do not go here. They take forever. I wasted my break. Waited 6 mins to take my order. Waited 15 mins for my food. And I didnt get the right sauce.

This used to be the most reliable fast food in Warrensburg, but over the past few months, I have not went without my order being messed up in some way. I almost exlusively use the drive through. Most reliably, they will not put the sauces which I asked for in the bag. Most recently, I ordered a double baconator and a baked potato to get home and only have a baked potato in the bag.
I will continue to go because it’s still the best quality fast food for the price here and the workers are always friendly. I’d advise double checking your order before you leave though.

Several weeks ago my husband and I got food thru the drive thru. The salad was wilted and old, but the main thing was there was a SCREW in his sandwich. He could have swallowed this and hurt and internal organ, or damaged his teeth. He took it back up there, and yall acted like it was a joke. Giggled at him like it was fake. Gave him a refund without the receipt, so you guessed and still owed us like 3 dollars. Took his number, and never called him. We were lenient during busy holiday season, but now it’s really kinda ridiculous that we havent been contacted. We will be lodging a formal complaint thru wendys as well, and if nothing comes from that eventually a lawyer. You can’t be careless with someone’s food like that. And if the screw was in his food, I can only imagine how dirty the inside is. We moved to town two weeks before this happened, and sadly won’t be returning. Not when nobody their can even take responsibility for their actions, and try to make it right.

Let me start off by saying ive worked at wendys and know the whole fast food workers have it rough…… service was shit, food was not what i ordered and the trash all over the parking lot ahouldve been my first clue. Its sad the best part of the meal was when i was at home so i could make my lunch meat sandwich. Go next door to arbys.
