The experience with the lady that took my at the Drive thru… Absolutely perfect… She was pleasant, helpful with questions, suggestions with what I was asking for… Pulling to the window was even better. I have know idea what her name was I usually do ask. It was 6 ish pm. Thank you! I hope you are appreciated!

Never coming back to this location. I got charged $10.53 but I order a double stack biggie bag which is $7.62. I got a notification that said I spent 10.53 at Wendy’s. I told the woman and she said that I wasn’t charged it was for free. First off you would get in trouble for giving a free meal. Second if it didn’t go thru then you would have retried my card. She was saying that I could look at her screen but how am I gonna do that in the drive thru. I wait tell the next day to see if the charge would disappear and it didn’t it processed. If you messed up then you should have said that instead of lie or if you tried to steal from me then you are a terrible person. My account doesn’t lie when it says how much I spent. She is a messed up person for that but karma crazy tho.

Me and my son came here in way home for lunch. Soon as we walk in door all we hear is everyone behind the counter yelling and whooping it up like it was a party. We stood there for little bit looking at menu listening to the party going n behind the counter and I mean behind the counter, they weren’t even in the back of the kitchen doing this they were right up front. Finally someone says out loud guys we got customers up front but they had customers already sitting in the lobby already. So I guess they figured since those customers had their food it would be okay to continue on with pound talking almost to the point of yelling. We ordered our food and sat down to semi cold fries, semi cold chicken strips and chicken nuggets and the oldest looking hamburger patties I think I have ever seen. I gave them benefit of doubt and tried the hamburger. If it wasn’t for the condiments such as mayonnaise and mustard it would have been the driest hamburger I have ever ate. I’ve had 2 day old hamburgers from the refrigerator better than that and that’s supposed to be fresh beef. May have been fresh at one time but by the time they served it that beef was almost jerky. While we’re eating we could still hear the party behind the counter. At this time only us and one other person was in restaurant but you still should not be talking so loud that people sitting in the very front of restaurant can here you conversation or be laughing so loud that it sounds like a bunch of kids at a clown show. I’m all for having good time at work but there has to be some control in an environment such as a restaurant especially when customers are present. As for the food, Wendy’s would be embarrassed to have their name on food like we were served. As for talking to a manager at the time I’ve learned it does no good especially when it’s obvious that management or supervisor was in the rowdy conversation whipping up behind the counter.

I was in the area and stopped by to get lunch and the people were so nice and the food was great! I asked for a bunless hamburger because I can’t eat gluten and you could tell they took time to make it with care. Usually I get all the ingredients thrown into a container, but the hamburger I got at Wendy’s looked great in addition to tasting great!

I got chili and took it home, when I got home I opened to find it is not even full! They charge so much and yet don’t even full it up! Probably won’t go back to this location for a while.

My wife tricks me into going here. Shes repeatedly convinced that it won’t be terrible. I’m impressed by her ability to disregard all previous attempts at purchasing food here. As they’ve been unsuccessful and disappointing.
I like the food but the service will make you avoid this place. Not that the food is actually anything special. You can bet your order will be wrong. Or your order will be missing. People who love Wendy’s grudgingly go to this location.
This will likely become something else shortly, and good riddance because over the last fifteen years the service has been poor no matter the time of day or people employed The soul constant has been poor service and the idea this time will be different than the last. It’s never different.
The staff at this location take peoples hard earned money and give it back to them as inconvenience with short change and a bad attitude.
Do not be lured in. Don’t be convinced it won’t be like the last 20 times you went there. The drive-thru is empty for a reason. The food won’t be any good by the time you get it. You might never get it. You might never get your change.
You might have to bring your own cup to this location. Don’t expect to leave satisfied or happy. The store motto should be “stay hungry, leave angry. “
We would be better served if this building were empty. It deserves to be another coffee shop or Mexican restaurant. At least you might get what you ordered.

Appalled at the service me and my family received today in the drive thru. The boy taking our order went on break/ clocked out in the middle of our order. Had to wait a few minutes to finish our order, but that wasn’t the end of the world. What happened next was the final straw. My brother’s cup had an unknown brown substance in the lid and on the front of the cup. Went in to talk to the manager, but their apology was monotone. Got our money back, but we definitely don’t trust this Wendy’s anymore.

Got there around 7:30 pm and was told they were out of salad, baked potatoes and frosty’s! So I ordered 2 chicken sandwich’s and fries and 2 small chili’s! I heard the girl say they were out of chili after my order! There is a sign on the door that masks are required but I noticed several people behind the counter cooking not wearing masks so I don’t know if I will be back to this location for awhile! Chili was cold and the chicken was dry!
