We went there and got a couple of biggie bags when we got home my friend tries for cold and I got regular nuggets instead of spicy chicken nuggets like I normally get. We went to the drive-thru so I figured everything would be hot and fresh but it wasn’t.

This was a tough visit, due to high expectations! The facility was dirty, every table, chair and floor! Disgusting! The Assistant Manager stayed behind the counter as people trickled in, joking around with the staff, but never managed to make it out to look around! As the Manager was leaving, she motioned for some cleanup to begin and “Ryan” jumped right in! Only the table tops, but it was a start! This is a new building from a previous fire, so, we expected to see a brand new building, clean and beautiful! “Ryan” was at the counter and I must say, a spectacular asset to this business! He greeted each person and couple that walked thru the door and highly efficient at his job! Impressive! The food was good with perfect temperatures and quite appetizing! Nearly all the patrons that “ate in” decided to go outside onto the patio…..what a great addition! We’ll give them another try in the future and will update the cleanliness!

Went up there to get about $45 worth of food. Sitting in my car waiting not too bad of a wait. I was handed all of my food at once and told to have a good day.. not realizing at the time that I was not charged for the food! And I’m kind of glad I wasn’t the entire order was wrong! I ordered four chicken buddy biscuits and received none! I received sausage biscuits galore. I had ordered six of them, but I received 10 of them.. I’ve tried to call several times so that I could go back up pay and get my order fixed, but as I am headed out of town, I cannot get in contact with the store. I cannot sit up there and wait for them to remake food. On top of charging me for them making me drive all the way back to their establishment to pay for something they did wrong. Gas in time two things I cannot get back. Fair trade or not.???

Worst customer service ever lazy workers who just throw ur sandwich together and don’t even make sure the lettuce and tomato are on the sandwich itself. And then they have the nerve to ask did u want extra lettuce when they put a pinch of lettuce off the sandwich . This place is a joke and instead of apologizing and holding accountable they blame each other the cashier said I didn’t make the sandwich. lol. Please train this crew better along with the managers what customer service means. Will never come tot his location again.

Staff were short/borderline rude during my drive thru order. From the moment they started taking my order until I drove off. I live ~45 minutes away and stopped to get some sauced nuggets while I was down in liberty. The honey BBQ sauced nuggets are my favorite and I get them all the time back where I live. Normally the nuggets are actually “sauced” and really good. This time at this location everything fell short compared to the Wendy’s back home..

Went thru drive thru..got a sm Frostie..payed $2.45 change should of been $2.55 she gave me $1.55 confronted her oh man she got I rate because I confronted her? She tried to explain the change to me but never got to the bills..you know they talk about irate customers what about irate employees..came home called explained what happen said she would call me back after doing an audits of the drawer never heard back . shame on you Wendy

This is my favorite Wendy’s. The weekday morning drive thru lady is fantastic and there’s never a wait when I stop on my way to work. Try the breakfast baconator and breakfast potatoes!
