Please do not go here. The woman running the drive-thru window tonight (approximately 6:30pm, on Tuesday February 24th, 2026), was also making food. She LICKED her fingers several times and proceeded to touch everything and make and serve frosty’s, and fries, etc. She then wiped her hands all over her really grimy pants, put her fingers all over her face and NOSE, and proceeed to prepare and serve the same types of food again. She couldn’t keep her hands off of her dirty pants either. She also took the chocolate sauce bag, shoved it in her mouth and “sucked” some out of the bag. I assume she threw that out afterwards.
I am shocked they have their so-called health certificate.
I could say more, but will refrain.
If you get sick, you now know why.
The manager was polite to us, but should have sent that woman home.
I felt bad for the man being trained tonight. Hopefully, he turns out better as he seems very nice.
However, I won’t ever give them my business again after witnessing that.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich through the drive thru and after I waited 10 minutes for the food to come out, I get home and the chicken patty is half raw. I mean it’s good to know they get fresh food, but I’d still prefer it cooked when I get it!

I called the store 7 times and NO one answers. I would like to talk to the manager or general manager. Not only was my order but never received they took 30 minutes to make three items. And the food was cold.

literally messed up my burger 3 times. i repeatedly told them ONLY cheese and ketchup. the cashier seemed to understand what i said but the chef in the back didnt. so she got onto me the third time she remade the burger cause she had to make another. i gave up after that third burger. it wasnt that hard of instructions. i will not be ordering a burger from here again lol

The most nastiest, rudest place. The owner “Ronnie” or ” Rodney” is A-ok with terrible service and nasty food going out. Such a shame that jjat was once a great quick fast food restaurant is dirt now. A sorry doesn’t fix anything especially after i left the window! Fix the problem then and there when you knew it was wrong! Sickening. I’ll gladly drive 10 Mins and go to a different location

It amazes me how there is at 2-3 people at the register staring at the same screen and yet the order is still messed up. I paid $15 for a kids cheese burger meal and no burger was in it. I didn’t realize until we were at our next destination. A waste of time and money.

Disgusting! Don’t go there unless you want to risk getting sick! My chicken sandwich was totally raw! I have read the reviews and I am not the only person they have done this to. I got really sick and have been having hot and cold sweats and anxiety attacks for a month now…

I went back on 1/10/24 again. There is one thing that I cannot stabs about this location. The Staff hides back in the kitchen and doesn’t man the front counter. I was one of several customers affected by this. When a lady finally came forward she was so non verbal and not pleasant. It’s the bare minimal here.
They also clean around things such as tables and chairs and don’t clean under them. You can tell by the food and trash under the legs. The chair legs are blackened with grease and dirt.
My Baconator burger was great I must say. It was fresh and hot. The drink machine as every time I come here is out of diet syrup or most flavors.
I should’ve known when I pulled into the parking lot and there literally was a car blocking the Outside Noland Rd lane as you come in because the drive-through is so backed up. I had placed an order with the app and I came inside. I was checked in 15 minutes later still didn’t have food. I’ve got a customer I have to go meet with, very disappointed because I was starving when I showed up. I was told that they didn’t even see my order at that point. I left the restaurant with no food.
