On Friday the 21st, we had a small bus of students come in around 7 30. The first thing I noticed right off the bat after walking in was that the floor was very slick. There were also 0 wet floor signs. When I ordered my food, the man at the counter got my order wrong 3 times. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich (only the sandwich), a 6 pc nugget, and a small chocolate frosty. I get charged for nearly 20 dollars. He had put 2 frosty’s on there apparently. Its whatever, he said he took it off and I paid about 17 dollars for my food. I get my food and I have a whole spicy chicken sandwich meal and 2 frosty’s on my tray. Not only that, but on my way back to the counter to get my money back for what I didnt order, I slip on the wet floor without any wet floor signs. Another one of my classmates also slipped and fell. Not only this, but the fries were translucent, and cold. And they mixed up multiple orders. I haven’t had this problem the last 2 years we’ve come here. But it was a horrible experience this time, and we will not be coming back

Went through drive thru, ordered 4 meal deals. Got burgers with hard buns. (2 double cheeseburgers and 2 single burgers) Went in to get them fixed and the manager gave me ones that were still hard and the patties were harder. Plus when I gave them to the kids they complained they were all single burgers. Missing the two double cheeseburgers. Wasn’t gonna go into the store again as it seemed pointless. Last visit there was bones in the chicken nuggets my baby was eating. Figured it may be a one off experience so tried it again. Thats enough for me not to be back. Love wendys at other locations tho.

My food was horrible the salad was old and welted and I never received my chicken blt I asked for a refund the manager on duty said I can get one over in can up there the general manager said that she couldn’t give me a refund

I ordered the apple pecan salad like I usually do, and this location gave it to me with the chicken old and hard. They also gave it to me with no pecans. I had to go back and ask for them, and they seamed angry when I did. Probably because they ask every car to move forward after they pay. This makes things more complicated and they take their sweet time. I hope they didn’t mess with my food after that.

placed a mobile order and when we said our name to pick it up they didn’t say a word. when we pulled up to the window the worker was very rude and didn’t say a word again. service is horrible and slow don’t go here.

the person taking my order at the drive thru was friendly. But everything else was trash . A jr bacon burger with no patty. Chicken nuggets cold bc they put packs of sour cream, for my hard disgusting potatoe, in it …then lastly the day old fries . SMH

The only location in this city. Next to Schuncks Grocery Store it is clean on the inside and the manager new what she was doing. Free Wifi at most locations.and the long table does have a place to charge devices which is always a plus They have one t.v. on at all times all dine-in places should support this it’s 2019. The food was good and was hot. There are clean restrooms and Plenty of parking.

Terrible place i pickup a doordash order lobby was closed then went to drive thru and lady said lobby was open for door dash and it wasn’t I wish they wouldn’t lie but the front counter people were nice

This place isn’t what it was 25 to 30 years ago, but neither is the workforce. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, the place is fairly clean, but don’t expect EXCELLENT customer service. I ordered a couple of burgers from the app and when I pulled up to the window I was just handed a bag with a “there you go!” So, check your food before leaving the window.
Update: “Not getting any better” Today, I used the App to order 2 Dave’s Doubles….. Extra cheese, no pickles or tomatoes. What I got was NO CHEESE, and tomatoes AND pickles. I go to their app to make a complaint, and if course that’s not an easy process either. I don’t know how these businesses stay in business. When I was a teen (30+ years ago) I worked this very drive through! The customer was always right back then. Today, they’re just passing whatever out the window and pray people don’t look or care whether they actually get what they order or not! I’ll go back because there’s no other Wendy’s around, but I’ll NEVER pull away until my order is 100% correct…… I recommend you do the same. Check that bag folks!
