Food was great. Service was fine. Ill give 1 star atmosphere for every Wendy’s because I absolutely cannot stand the new updated look that cast food chains have adopted. Bring back the 90s/2000s look for Wendy’s dine-in and we’ll bump that number back up.

This was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a fast food restaurant.
The food was horrible the burgers were not warm enough to even remotely melt the cheese on either sandwich.
The garlic fry’s were just fry’s covered in bad butter(possibly not even butter).
We did not get one of the fry’s that was ordered and there was not a piece of ice to be found in the sodas (if our burgers could have only been as warm as the soda)! Oh yeah the sodas were supposed be larges but they were awfully small but that was ok considering how horrible they were.
The only redeeming part of this was the gentleman that help up Jonathan was pleasant.

I have went to wendys in kirksville quite a few times. Food isn’t bad. Prepared in a decent amount of time, workers have been pretty friendly towards me. Not a bad lil place to eat.

went to drive thru, service was great, had an ad play when speaker came on but it was funny. Service was great. burgers were great, but fries were salt sticks and we couldnt eat them. so sad.

I would give zero stars if I could. The worst Wendy’s I have visited in my 58 years. Horribly managed. I’ve stopped here a handful of times during work trips to Kirksville. The employees they have here are just terrible. Stopped in tonight, no one in front of me in the counter. Two female employees with their backs turned just chatting up a storm for several minutes not even checking for customers. One proceeded to scream at a male employee having issues with the ice cream machine. Both girls now facing me but does either come to take my order? No!! I walked the hell out of there. One too many times – they are AWFUL!!
