On Wednesday June 28th 2023 I stopped at this wendys and it was getting close to closing time. I walked Inside the restaurant and asked the manager if they were still open and she said yes for 9 more minutes. I then asked her would it be alright if I brought in a large group of people. We were traveling through with a large church group. She replied nicely yes, it would be no problem. I was very impressed of how all the employees especially the manager jumped in and took all of our orders and gave us excellent service that close to closing time. I really feel that this crew needs a congratulations and a pat on the back for doing such a good job. All of our orders were correct and they were very patient to let us finish our meals. We just want to say thank you and we really appreciate it.

Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly. Hours for lobby are wrong on gps and not posted in store. Hours for lobby is supposed to be 9am – 12am. That’s what a staff member told me they also told me that if they aren’t staffed enough they won’t open the lobby. So if you show up and the lobby is closed he said you can just walk up to the drive through and they will tend to you there. Besides the hour thing this place was great.

They need more help. The guy running front was not professional at all. Flipping an empty drink cup before you put pop in it when you have a line out the door, is dumb. He should have had help. Burger cold, nuggets tasted like it was old grease . Not recommending them to anyone.

Hubby just walked into the store at 7:30pm, there were NO workers seen ANYWHERE in the store. No Frontline, no back line or anyone in the drive-thru. As a former shift manager( different place), that is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!
