Terrible experience!! It took 17 minutes to get a simple breakfast then they forgot one of our orders of potatoes. Hardly any gravy on the biscuits and gravy and huge pieces of sausage just thrown on top, we will not stop here again.

Ive never waited so long before for a take-out Order. I my self am a store manager for a Restaurant from out of town. I’m in town for a race and wanted something quick to take for lunch on my way to the track. I waited 45 minutes for my food. The gentleman who took my order was very gauche in the least. Seemed happy to be at work but slow to take an order and take control of what he was doing in a timeless manor. Once he finally had our order line up, he put our carryout order on a tray then walked away and made me wait five minutes before coming back and finding out I needed a bag for the order I requested to be taken out. The kitchen wasn’t cooking burgers to order and the chicken was cold as I bit into it. They were making crude jokes toward each other that made my little sister very uncomfortable to say the least.The nuggets were the only thing warm in our bags! My fries were double fried and cold. The employment staff was slow besides a young lady in a dark shirt and side of head shaved she was running orders outside for drive through. If my staff were this slow I would for sure be handing out some Verbal coaching. I will not be stopping here again in the future, not impressed.

What is the point for paying the upgrade to large when they only fill the fries half way? It costs way to much to have a business rip you off like that.

I honestly think I could’ve went to a sit down restaurant and got my food faster than what I did here. The slowest, most unorganized Wendy’s I have ever been to. Staff are just chilling back there, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Like they are fixing themselves a snack at home or something. It took more than thirty minutes to get just a dave’s double and a baked potato

Everyone knows this is the worst Wendy’s. Lol.
Lost or misplaced our mobile order. So we had to wait quite a bit. Manager didn’t offer to upgrade our frosty or drink for the inconvenience. No, instead, the associate actually DOWNGRADED the size frosty we ordered. He obviously made an assumption about what was on the ticket rather than double checking. Also didn’t have the soda we ordered so had to get a less than ideal replacement.

I had ordered in the drive through. I gave the cashier my card and he came back and said their computer had crashed and asked if I had another payment option. I was.looking in my purse for cash when the manager came to the window and asked me what my problem was. I was instantly offended because it wasn’t my problem. I told her I was looking for enough cash to pay the bill and told her I could write a check for the balance even though I knew they didn’t take checks but since it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t pay I gave it a shot. She said sorry we don’t take checks have a nice day and shut the windows on me. I just kind of sat there a minute and a guy came to the window and asked if he could pay for my food I told him I had enough money for part of it but he insisted on paying for all of it. My granddaughter was with me and said she was hungry so I said ok and thanked him. I’m pretty sure he felt bad and was Embarrassed because his manager was so rude. How do these people get a management position I’d like to know. She should fired.

Just passing through and stopped for gas so I hopped into the drive-thru which was convenient. Ordertaker was pleasant, food came quickly and the order was correct. I Was surprised at how nice the food appeared. The burger could have been a little fresher and they forgot to put some napkins in the bag. Overall I was satisfied with the experience and will return if in the area.

food was average and came fast once we ordered. super crowded and understaffed. dirty tables. my brother was accosted and practically assaulted by a customer here. the only good thing about this place was the cashier who was speedy and brought a smile to my face

Stopped here overnight as a truck driver. I know it’s just fast food but you got to give credit where it’s due. No only was the food great quality, the staff were beyond incredible. Everybody was in a friendly mood and treated every guest equally with kindness. Specifically the manager Ann and Cashier Tylie(hope I got her name right) and the young man upfront were absolutely incredible. It’s rare to get this kind of awesome treatment especially at a fast food restaurant! Thank you guys so much and God bless you.

Worst Wendy’s I have eaten at. Ordered inside for to go. Wrong food in bag. Burger taste was awful. Fries were cooked in very old grease. Not edible.
