I ordered using the mobile app. I’ve worked in the food industry and hate complaining but this was all around terrible/rude service and mediocre food. When we pulled up in the drive thru, we were told we would need to wait so they could catch up on orders. After almost 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru, we asked if they were still there. The lady respond “We are still catching up, sorry.” When we finally got up to the window, I asked if i could add the signature sauce to my order. The cashier leaned in and said “Nope” and shut the window. I would have been willing to pay for the sauce but I wasn’t given the option. Another 6 minutes later I received my food and everything was lukewarm. I had already prepaid for my food or I would have left. I get that maybe they were busy but that is no excuse for the poor service and waiting that long I’d hope for hot food.

Workers need training on reading comprehension. Ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget combo with baconator fries. Recieved 8 nuggets and a small fry instead. Ordered a classic big bacon burger combo, with medium fries. Received 2 single cheese burgers and a large fry. This was not what we paid for and wasnt even what was on our receipt. Fries were cold upon receiving. Service could use a lot of work still.

I dont know what the Carmel iced coffee is supposed to taste like but im sure it isnt supposed to taste spoiled and like chemical and the muffin was both stale and hard on my sandwich. Potato wedges were good. I am trying to be human and understanding the place is trying to find its groove. I can look past the time it takes to get my order. I cant get past the fact the food was not good.

I was excited at first when they came here and opened but then I went after they were open for a few weeks. The food was subpar at best. The seating was uncomfortable. I had a question about my receipt and talk to 2 people which one said she’d worked for Wendy’s for 20 yrs and I was wrong. She was rude and did not care what I had asked. I cannot believe how I was treated. She does not need to be working with the public. My husband said his food was cold. Not going to this Wendy’s ever. The one in Warrenton is 100% better.

I just want to say we just got food here and we got three meals with one large french fry and a chili fry and a cheese fry and with that being said also 3 large drinks too! And they said that we ordered two medium french fries with our meals When I literally asked for the second order to be chili cheese fries, they didn’t wanna give it to us and for the first meal was supposed to be a large fry and then after that with the third meal, which was my meal, they wanted to give me a medium drink so this girl talk to her manager and the manager was like “Uh that’s not what they ordered” and I can literally read her lips and the girl that was in the drive-through that took the payment and everything she’s like “Oh I cannot give you those large french fries or the chili cheese fry” and I was like well, at least could you give me my large drink that I asked for “yeah I guess I can do that” what wym I just want what I paid for and are burgers were made very, very sloppy and I literally asked for no onions on my burger and guess what they put onions on my burger VERY, VERY, I MEAN VERY rude and poor experience that I have ever experienced anywhere and this was my first time trying this place. I’ve literally worked in fast food and never been this rude to a customer before I would sat there and help them and got what they wanted. And I think that’s what managers should look into as a team member. We are literally never coming here again!

My family stopped for dinner and I am so impressed with the staff, especially Stephanie! She went out of her way to make sure our food was fresh and it came out fast as well! Everything was correct. I couldn’t have had a better experience! She’s definitely a great employee!

Food was as You’d imagine. Their Chili was really good. New restaurant so of course its clean and the employee’s did their job. It’s quite empty as far as atmosphere goes. Maybe over the next few months they’ll add more.

Order the baconator fries.n All I got was French fries with cheese sauce and strips of bacon. What happened to the bacon being crumbled into the cheese tried to call Wendy’s. In Washington Missouri, but they don’t have a phone number. Apparently ordered also a baked potato with bacon and got strips of bacon instead of crumbled bacon ordered this item. Many times before. Never have I had strips of bacon. Are they too lazy to crumble? The bacon up and make it as the menu advertise again. No local phone number to call to complain.

My friend and I both ordered online for dine-in, but when it wouldn’t work and it was clearly open on the inside, we went to figure it out. The staff ignored us for several minutes, and when we were acknowledged, we were just asked one question and then ignored again. It took 15 minutes for us to even tell the staff what our problem was.
After that, I watched our food get handled without proper food safety. Both our meals were handled without gloves before being handed to us, and the kitchen staff wore improper clothing to preparing food, long sleeved shirts that touched the gloves, hoodies with strings hanging too close to the food, and whatever else I couldn’t see.
I would not recommend eating here until they have better management.

The Visual Playground
Very expensive for what we received. It took 28 minutes to get the small order. Another guy waited just as long for three drinks. They’ve been open about a month or so, but this is way to slow. No one was paying attention to anything going on in the dining room. Kiosk didn’t work. No plans to return.
