One car in front of me in the drive thru, and I was told, yelled at through the intercom, it would take 15-20 minutes. This is actually an improvement from the other times they said, online orders only, or the system was down, or the drive thru was closed. They obviously are actively trying to turn away customers. I wish I could review the food but I’ve never actually been able to order.

Placed an order and went to the lobby. They asked me to come through drive thru coz lobby is closed but my order was sitting right at pickup counter. They could’ve just handed me the order but didn’t. How the hell it’s possible for anyone to enter the lobby if it’s closed. And yeah, 15 mins in drive thru

To be honest I was shocked with how good this location was to visit. Seldom go to Wendy’s after some disappointing visit. But this location is great. Really good and hot food. Spotless interior and great staff.

Love their prices and quality of food. Due to our need to make money stretch, Wendy’s offers a great selection for a family of four. Even though I truly believe in supporting our local economy, I have been utterly disappointed in the service i receive when frequenting here. Nothing worse than no pleasantries, agreesively handing the food to you through the drive thru window and then I open up the bag and see my food prepared less than what you expected. Example in the pic is supposed to be Saucy Nuggets. I beg to differ. know and believe they can do better.

All the outside lights were off so we passed it up a few times looking for Wendy’s! Was told its going to be a while when there was no other inside customers and only 2 drive thru customers and we waited over 10mins to place order so yhen we went thru the drive thru then when we got our change the employee dropped some change and said “sorry” but didn’t give us what he dropped!

It’s 10:06 there were two cars at the window when I pulled up. I got to the window and the guy who answered the intercom told me they have two workers and to order have to wait for 10-15 mins. Not acceptable especially when the inside is closed. I don’t mind waiting for my food but they wouldn’t even take my order.

The employees were nice. But I ordered a son of a baconator and it only came with a few bacon crumbs. I was a manager for wendys for 7 years so I do know it usually has 4 pieces of bacon. I understand staffing is low right now but if you dont have bacon just say that so I can save my money

The easiest, fastest, friendliest service I have had. The quickest freshest food I have had from Wendy’s. Lyric was so sure the food would be fresh and great with a smile cause my food was ready in less than 2 mins. It was faster and hotter then Little Caesar’s pizza and faster and better then Jimmy John’s. I love this for them.

These French toast sticks are horrible. They dipped them in egg and butter and cut a piece of bread. There is no cinnamon sugar or powder sugar on them. Just plain bread no taste. They should try these again but differently.
